The amount of things behind a lock and key should be criminal. I immediately left the store once I saw that not only the simple SHAMPOO bottle I wanted was locked but also that there were no employees in sight to help me except the clearly busy cashier. Not the employees fault but seems to be some kind of upper management issue. I get it, there is a theft problem in a lot of locations but dang does it take away the convience part of convience store! Never going here again.

Very good experience, the staff is friendly and patient. A few years ago, when I first came to Madison as a foreigner, I encountered payment difficulties. It was the staff here who helped me enthusiastically, and I have always been grateful.

Walgreens Stores. Great Awsome! New delivery way of getting items ordered online. & fast, about an hour. For delivery person by Urber to arrive. Only wish delivery people would knock on door. So she knows her items are outside the door. 2-9-2025 Cookie

I brought in my resume on a flash drive as a PDF. They did not let me print it because I brought a flash drive.. “I will not accept a random flash drive” -Walgreens employee. I left to print at the other Walgreens… printer was broken. I came back to this Walgreens and explained my situation, I had a job interview the next day and needed this printed. “I will not budge, we do not accept flash drives due to security concerns” -Walgreens employee at 9:45pm.

I like this store as it is convenient. This is not a full Walgreens store. It doesn't have a pharmacy. Since it doesn't have a pharmacy, there is no pharmacy crowd hanging around there. I like that that the store is neat and clean and that the staff is friendly and has a sense of humor.

Pineapple was tasty and they had plenty of cooler space full of cold drinks. The travel size items were what most people were into when I stopped. They had the newspapers rack here. I do enjoy seeing those and I got a Milwaukee paper here. Great location on State St. Lots of stationary products and a variety of Milwaukee Brewers fans items. Black Hallmark happy birthday in silver gift wrap. I need to remember to go back and get that. It was sweet looking. Nice selection of Hallmark cards also. Whole aisle of Hallmark items.

A price tag was wrong and I complained but she said "it's not my fault"

I was just looking for a quick Covid test that was advertised as "free", but I ended up paying $25 for it. The staff was all super mean to me in the process. Just because it's near me doesn't mean I can easily see it amongst all of the jumbled and disorganized shelves and racks in the building! I have never worked at a Walgreens, nor do I often go to Walgreens locations. All this after an automated phone call that did not work properly. Wish I could give 0 stars. These people need to either be fired or given conduct lessons. So sad. There is another Walgreens nearby, and I don't think it could possibly be anywhere near as dysfunctional as this store is.

Mr. C helped me with 7up & menthol cigarettes about 850am 5/3/22. But the most helpful was teaching me about Google Maps. I learned something incredibly helpful!! Mr. C you are very tech-knowledgeable!!!

If you are white, the black women who work here will intentionally rip the bag on your bread behind the counter so that it will go stale before they put it in the bag. Check your bread people. They also refuse to double bag, and instead hand you the bag to do it yourself.
