Came in today to pick up my much needed prescription, w/o insurance as I'm in between insurances. The pharmacists helped me find a coupon so I could get my medication at an affordable price. The kindness and patience of the pharmacist was amazing.

this pharmacy literally changed their hours and notified no one ahead of time. it is constantly running out of prescriptions would not recommend.

Terrible customer service!
If you have a bathroom, and restrict use “just because” that’s disgusting treatment of your customers.
I would’ve shopped a lot longer and spent more money here if I didn’t have to walk a whole extra block to find a restroom.

I would If I could give 0 stars, adding 1 star only for the polite younger staff. Visited the store today for a pick-up, and an older employee with glasses was extremely rude. He was disgruntled and made fun of customer's accent, while being not helpful at all. IMHO they should consider letting go of this awful employee who isn't ready to help and give a raise to the younger staff instead.

Visited Friday Aug 16th about 3:08pm. Walked up to check out and cashier was on his cellphone. I set things on counter while he was still on his personal cell phone. As I'm checking out, I was trying to use my card. He was talking 100mph, telling me tap, swipe, insert and all these other things. I literally had to tell him to calm down and ended up just walking out without purchasing anything because I thought he was going to hyper ventilate before I even had a chance to do anything.

The man working the checkout was making sexist comments about women with the guy in front of me in line. He then pulled out his cell phone to show the guy in line photos while more people started lining up waiting to checkout. While trying to pull up photos on his phone he was using foul language. This employee was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.

Very rude employee. First two times I dealt with him the card machine wasn't working. Every 4 letter word possible came out of his mouth. This time he grabbed all my items and slammed them in front of another cashier. I realize it's hard to find employees. Keep someone like this around you won't have customers so won't NEED the employees.

Unprofessional. Went to grab my prescription, and pharmacist assistant was helping me. They had pants on sagging down to their knees, undergarment showing. When bending down to grab my prescription their undergarments fell down and showed their behind. Although polite, very unprofessional and expect more. I’m a pharmacy student myself and would never show up to my rotations in such attire.

Our Walgreens pharmacy has gone above and beyond what is expected. We live in a retirement center 2blocks from the store. Delivery is NOT required. Yet, our store delivers to our residence at the end of each day. For us as seniors, this is a godsend! We cannot thank them enough, and hope corporate realizes what a gem they have in this store!

Walked here on a Sunday for probiotics to find the pharmacy is closed all day Sunday. Arrived 10 minutes before their website said they closed on a Tuesday and they were already closed.

I received my Pfizer COVID booster shot here. My insurance was not communicating with their computer system for whatever reason. They found a way to take care of the payments and provide me with rewards points.
