This has always been one of the worst walgreens in madison. But apparently now the pharmacy closes at seven p m, even though it clearly states online that they're open until nine.

I got to the pharmacy window like 15 minutes before they closed, and was pleasantly surprised to be helped almost immediately, as was the person ahead of me. Cathlyn was very efficient while also being friendly and kind. It’s always nice to know your prescriptions are in good hands. Just want to give her some recognition.

Consistently the worst pharmacy. Always out of prescriptions or only have part of a prescription, most of the staff is rude not all but most, repeatedly mess up prescriptions, am told my prescriptions are done and when I arrive they won't be ready, constantly closing early or not open at all due to staffing problems. Finally fed up and to the point of changing pharmacies, something we should have done long ago.

LOVE this Walgreens! It is my first go to for whatever I need. The employees are always so very nice and helpful. AND efficient!

I am going three days without my medications because unlike every walgreens in the area this one doesn’t have pharmacy hours on the weekends and there’s no way to transfer the rx until they’re open. Great! Great. Hope this doesn’t end poorly for me.

Very frustrated! The medication I need refilled is not on the automated list. So I asked a pharmacist I called at 1pm I was on for 15. Then they hung up. I called a again still 15 min left to there lunch I waited and at 128 they hung up on me again!

Starting with the positives:
Service dog friendly (never had an employee bother us or question the legitimacy of my service dog).
Able to deposit cash into my Chime account very easily, and can withdraw from my debit very easily.
Prices are all over the place, but mostly quite reasonable, sometimes even inexpensive.
Pharmacy has always worked out well for me. On rare occasion they misplace an order, but that is understandable. They send out text notifications of refills, which is amazing.
The cons:
None.

The store is always well stocked and the cashier there is very friendly and helpful.

Very very slow at the pharmacy. They'll tell you a 20 minute wait that will end up being 45 minutes+

Every time I try to get my meds, there’s a problem. They tell me they will have them ready at a certain time and they are never ready. The staff is also rude and slow.
