Picked up my prescription at Walgreens: fast and easy, got good advice from the pharmacist there. The staff at my Walgreens are all so patient, kind, and friendly. The check out staff at the store are nice too.

Pharmacist and staff were inconsiderate and rude. Refused to help because they needed to go on break after i had waiting on them for 30 minutes to try and fix something (i started talking to them at 1pm and they didnt go to break till 1:30pm). Shoutout to olivia who made a simple phone call to my insurance company during her break to help me out in a tough situation, she deserves a raise. She is the only good person there!

Called my medication in on a Friday and it was not ready by Monday. In fact they told me it had not been ordered. Also they are always short staffed.

Went in for a simple prescription refill and handed them my card to pay. After waiting in line for 20 minutes they informed me they had lost my credit card. Don’t know if it was truly lost or stolen but I never got it back. I am a college student and told them my credit card is my primary source of payment and I had rent due tomorrow and groceries to buy this week. They offered me a $20 gift card for Walgreens. Pathetic. After informing them I was going to contact the police for possible credit card theft they offered me $100 which I declined. I would rather borrow money elsewhere than deal with Walgreens ever again. Management is useless. Go to this pharmacy if you don’t value your belongings.

Wildly incompetent barely begins to cover the pharmacy at this location. I had a pharmacy order transferred here for pickup. They were supposed to have it ready in 90 min. 4 hours later, it still wasn't ready. My husband went to pick it up for me. He finally was able to get it. After he had picked it up, they texted me it was ready. Thanks. Then, when he got home, I found out they had charged me the wrong price. They were supposed to have charged me a certain price for my insurance co-pay, but then, with a coupon, the rx was supposed to have been free. But no, they had not applied the coupon, despite his multiple times asking them for reassurance that they had, in fact, applied the coupon. Then, today, I checked my online account, and it said that the rx was in process of being refilled (again?? It is a once/per mo rx! And there was an insurance issue (of course!), and it would be $815!)), so I had to put through a cancellation. Do they not have a record that I even picked it up? Ridiculous! I will never fill another rx at this location again!

Service here is certainly going downhill, and they seem to not care at all. Took them almost a week to refill one of my medications, and today, I learned that they'd had it and it wasn't scanned in. If I hadn't been on them for that, who knows how long I'd have had to wait.

Go here at your own risk. I've had multiple medication errors since using this Walgreens over the past 4 months. When I asked for a staff members professional license they denied to provide this and denied that they could prove that their staff was medically licensed.

I have been at this pharmacy multiple times this year, and they are always busy. I got in touch with them via phone today after a long wait and they were amazingly kind and did everything they could to get the medication my mom needed. I appreciate all the pharmacy employees. I know how hard you are working. Thank you!

I do not know what is up with this walgreens for the past few months. Their walgreens prescription app is consistently giving false information- sending me texts and calls saying my prescriptions that are AUTOFilled are ready for pick up. I call to make sure and they say yes they are ready. I come then and then I'm told they are not ready and I need to come back. I come back an hour after they told me to be sure...still not ready. And they need my Insurance card again. Then while I'm waiting in the pharmacy drivethrough I get yet another call saying my prescription is ready...and walgreens worker at the window says an additional 10 minutes. What the heck???? This has happened the last few months. How stressful and time consuming.
