Go here at your own risk. I've had multiple medication errors since using this Walgreens over the past 4 months. When I asked for a staff members professional license they denied to provide this and denied that they could prove that their staff was medically licensed.

I have been at this pharmacy multiple times this year, and they are always busy. I got in touch with them via phone today after a long wait and they were amazingly kind and did everything they could to get the medication my mom needed. I appreciate all the pharmacy employees. I know how hard you are working. Thank you!

I do not know what is up with this walgreens for the past few months. Their walgreens prescription app is consistently giving false information- sending me texts and calls saying my prescriptions that are AUTOFilled are ready for pick up. I call to make sure and they say yes they are ready. I come then and then I'm told they are not ready and I need to come back. I come back an hour after they told me to be sure...still not ready. And they need my Insurance card again. Then while I'm waiting in the pharmacy drivethrough I get yet another call saying my prescription is ready...and walgreens worker at the window says an additional 10 minutes. What the heck???? This has happened the last few months. How stressful and time consuming.

I have been a Walgreen's Pharmacy customer for years, but this location (3700 University Avenue) really needs to have an efficiency expert in and help them REALISTICALLY ESTIMATE when prescriptions will be filled. I'm 68, and trying to get a much needed prescription for Paxlovid so I can minimize the effects of Covid, which I tested positive for yesterday. I jumped through all the hoops of having the prescription called in by an online UW Health physician. I got an acknowledgement and an estimate that it would be ready around 11 am. It's now 3:45. i just get a repeat "we are running behind... we'll contact you when it is ready." There is no way to talk to a pharmacist from the phone number they give you on the site. You just get an audio version of the "we are running behind... we will contact you when ready." What terrible service.

Their pharmacy is horrible. Slow, and upgrading items. For example, from a screw off top to a pump and charging over $50 more instead of just refilling what you usually get or calling to check.

I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy at all! Very rude staff, nothing is ever ready even when they have me come back in 30 minutes. The old 65ish brown hair pharmacist does not care about people if you hate your job so much choose another job or retire srsly.

I’ve been going here for about 10 years with no problems. They hired a bunch of new people and now some of my medications are coming up short. They have it as legit in their books. I will no longer be going here unless I count my meds in front of them. Which I strongly suggest you do too.

Unprofessional, rude customer service. From there front desk associate. Plus don't even get me started on the pharmacy drive thru; spend 35min waiting only to get the wrong presciption. Yaiks I do not know how this walgreens is still up and running. State should really keep an eye. If it wasn't because I checked my meds before I left. Welp you can only imagen.

Older woman pharmacist was oddly rude to me for no reason when I went to pick up my medication, despite being told it was ready 20 minutes prior. She seemed annoyed and asked me who told me it was ready; then before I spoke, put up her hand and rolled her eyes at me and told me they’re always late. Proceeded to tell me my medication probably wouldn’t work for me.
