I had a young gentleman pharmacist answer the phone yesterday and it’s so refreshing to speak with someone who’s one step ahead. He was so quick and thorough and I didn’t have to keep explaining myself- he knew exactly what I needed and was able to assist me almost instantly. A true 5 star experience because of this man. Thank you for making my day easier.

I don’t know about all of the negative reviews for this Walgreens. I can’t speak about the experiences of those people. We have been going to that Walgreens for over 20 years. The pharmacists always take excellent care of us. The rest of the staff does their best to help us and find anything that we’re looking for.

Took a COVID test here that I needed for work. They filled out the information wrong for the lab and my sample was trashed. The testing company told me this is common with Walgreens and I should go to CVS.

The pharmacy manager "zackie", Zachary's attitude is very atrocious and unattractive behavior to customer's of Walgreens. His behavior needs to be adjusted.The store employees (CSR's), have had to endure his complaints by customers,, and most sre in agreement.He is very unpleasant; very childish, presumptuous and pompous. He needs to return to school and learn about customer service, especially those with disabilities.The last time, my aid and I was in this store he gave me a major panic attack. He is very loud and I heard him gossip about me while I was in another Isle. I am a grown man, asking another man "zackie" to grow the F--- up, and treat people with the respect they deserve. I will be filing a comaint with the ADA, AMA & FDA and probably the BBB. You DO NOT treat people with disabilities like this, or anybody else for that matter.This alleged professional, in my very humble opinion needs more education in not only manners, but respect.SHAME ON HIM.

This Walgreens has gone downhill over the past few years, but this year it's gone to an all new low. I call to fill a prescription on file. They say ok, and then the next day in my account it still says nothing. Then I asked about a different script I had scheduled for mail order (grudgingly - because the last time it took 10 days to ship, making me out for 3). It hasn't arrived, so I look in my account. It says "delayed" but no action required. Then I'm told that "the system" somehow cancelled it out, and my doctor is the only one who could fix it by resubmitting a new script. This was for a current script with multiple refills. Today my account says it's "pending" (grateful for fast doctor). It's been 30hrs, so I try to call to ask when it will be ready, as well as what's happening with the one on file I asked to be filled. After going through the awful menu 3 times and getting hung up on, I finally got in the queue - supposedly behind 1 other caller. 20 minutes later I'm still on hold. I'm going to go over at 2:01pm and stay there until they do their job. The workers are doing their best, but Walgreens itself is horrible. I'm switching pharmacies, even though it will be less convenient with location and time. Maybe losing customers is what Walgreens wants?Lastly, this is not a one-off. Every month it's intensely challenging to get scripts filled, even regular ones with plenty of refills.

my roommate and I stopped in to get our booster today and had a really great experience. the gentlemen was very nice, fast, and educated. he ended up giving me amazing advice about my testosterone injection and how to divide it up better to avoid potential problems in the future. been on testosterone for near 3 years and no one has ever told me what he did. really hard to feel safe sometimes as a trans person in medical spaces but he was very so nice and safe. very good experience and very professional. grabbed a cute plushy on the way out.

Worst Walgreens in the world. They KNOWINGLY carry defective / broken merchandise - you can pay cash & have the receipt from literally 2 minutes before & they won’t let you even exchange it for a less defective item without giving an an email & a phone number. Why? Because don’t respect you, or your privacy that’s why.Dirty store, weird smell, super long waits at the prescription desk, unbelievably rude & incompetent manager, stressed out, exhausted staff, sketchy potholed lot, often seems totally deserted, just terrible & cursed in every way. Beyond awful.Last time I ever give this chain a single penny. I’m skipping a memorial service because I can’t get a rapid COVID test anywhere else & absolutely will NOT give them my personal info or my business. I’m going ONLY to Community Pharmacy (great products & service!) or CVS online (better selection of cosmetics & non-defective merchandise). Absolute Hell of Earth.

They have terrible people skills and are rude. Everytime I try to refill a prescription there are issues. And everytime I go to pick up a prescription there are homeless people coming up to my window while me and my kids are trying to exit my vehicle and ask for money. I don't feel safe going to this walgreens but I can't afford to drive all the way to sun prairie.

Terrible experience with the photo department. Their printer was broken, which I didn't find out until I went to the store. I tried calling ahead to double-check why my order was taking so long, but nobody answered... would not recommend.

Pharmacy is extremely unhelpful, refuses to fill prescriptions because they close at a certain time, other locations that I requested to have my prescription sent to are closed due to no staff. Had prescription sent here because they claim to be open 24 hours a day but are clearly not. WILL NEVER HAVE PRESCRIPTIONS SENT TO A WALGREENS AGAIN. this is a prescription for an inhaler, which is needed for someone with asthma. Do not send your prescriptions here.

I’m here frequently. Service is hit or miss. The cashiers up front and in pharmacy are usually super nice.There’s a bigger guy who works there who stocks the departments. He’s the only one I’ve ever seemed to have an issue with. I asked him when they would be getting more in stock of an item and he threw his hands up in the air and said I don’t know as if I asked him multiple times.I went back a couple days later and saw a bunch of that item on the shelves still wrapped in plastic and not stocked properly. Um...okay
