Oh my. I am just so mad!! I have been going to this exact Walgreens since I was like 1995. It has gone down hill so so much. My issues recently- the pharmacy. I always call ahead to fill the prescription needed and wait about 30 min to arrive for pick up.
It is NEVER READY!!! NEVER!!!
I call ahead for a reason- so I don't have to wait!!! If you can't fill it in 15 min then don't say that on the phone!!! Maybe CVS will be faster 🤔

I go to Walgreens on Whitney Way because of a casher named Lisa. She is patient and if you got the wrong item, she will wait to ring up the rest of the order while you get the right one.She told me about senior discount day, 1st Tuesday of the month.. She alerts you to irregularities in pricing.
She explains how the coupons work, some are good for a week, some 2 weeks.

I recently visited the Walgreens pharmacy and I cannot express enough how positive my experience was. Despite having another Walgreens location closer to where I live, I choose to go to this particular one because of the exceptional service and care I consistently receive.
From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and dignity. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist. They take the time to explain everything clearly, whether it’s about medications, dosages, or any other questions I have. Their communication skills are outstanding, and they make sure I leave feeling informed and confident about my healthcare needs.
What truly sets this location apart is the genuine care and helpfulness of the team. They create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this Walgreens to anyone looking for a pharmacy that prioritizes excellent service and patient care. Thank you to the entire team for making every visit a pleasant experience!

So tired of doing customer service surveys when they never respond to them. You don’t get any feedback from Walgreens. Calling their pharmacy gets nowhere. Just disconnects the call!

Apart from the pain (no pun intended) caused by being understaffed, I encountered a serious problem with Walgreen’s online Rx system. Painkillers were prescribed to this location on a Friday afternoon for someone in my family for a surgical procedure first thing on a Monday morning. However, b/c this location was understaffed, the pharmacy wasn’t open ALL weekend, making it impossible to get the meds on time. Because these were regulated pain killers, the Rx couldn’t be transferred to another location for pickup. This is a major problem. I like the staff who works here, and realize they’re doing their best, and that my situation was relatively rare. But this experience was literally agonizing. If you can be consistently staffed, then change your bloody online Rx system.

Used drive-through where I was the only person in the outside lane. Pharmacy tech came to window , took my info and ordered me to come to the inside lane to pick up my medication- said it wouldn't fit in the tube. I pulled into that lane; tech had disappeared. I waited 10 more minutes and when she failed to appear even after I hit the call button I left. Lousy service.

Pharmacy can't fill Rxs due to no or low supply, although they were aware of the order last week. Very discouraging.

FITHY women's bathroom. It's was dirty the last couple of years, and I thought about switching pharmacies. But the staff at Whitney Way in the pharmacy and at the store are so good that I stayed. However, yesterday I went into the bathroom. Not only did it have the grime from the last time I was there, but it was absolutely filthy with bodily fluids and more. Please please clean the bathrom. Scrub the thick layer of grime. You can't fully blame the customers. Make it clean and customers are more apt to respect the space and be cleaner themselves. It needs to be tended to. Come on -- gas stations are cleaner than this store that dispenses medicine, where people get shots. BAD.

Hello, Chuck Grob here wanting to take a Golden opportunity to express my gratitude to the full staff and team at my new Walgreens on 600(?) Whitney Way in Madison, WI.I went in searching for a certain med, otc, that I couldn't find anywhere else. The Pharmacists, Scott, Sasha, and Jacob were very helpful looking online, but the Crowning Jewel was really the expertise of Store Associate, Miss Colleen, found it right away, last one on a bottom shelf?!!! Thank You So Much Walgreens, I will most certainly be back to this specific store always ♥!!!!

Have been getting my prescriptions filled here at the drive-thru since 2019. The service is fine, people are polite. Like all pharmacies you can expect lines sometimes. Speed is not the goal, accuracy is.
