The quality of service is going to vary from location to location, but my Walgreens has friendly, helpful staff who smile and treat everyone with respect and compassion. Thank you, Walgreens!

Went to get a vaccine. The appointment was met on time. The lady that performed it could not have ben nicer. The store overall is not in the best condition. Dirty outside, trash, and the rugs are worn down to the concrete. Not sure why these stores are so run down. Not my experience in other cities.

I purchased Covid tests from this Walgreens and the person checking me out looked at me funny and asked me if they were for me. This felt like a personal question of which was none of their business and I wanted to tell them just that but I just said no and went on my way. This was a disappointing interaction.

This is based on one interaction. I came to drop off a FedEx package. A FedEx driver came in while I was there and asked the Walgreens worker if he should just wait and take the package. She said “no, they can wait”. Seriously? Whatever misery is going on in your life, you don’t need to spread it to your customers. You don’t have to be nice, you don’t have to be friendly, just don’t be a giant D.

I have never been treated so rudely by the pharmaceutical staff. Yesterday I called the pharmacy and was placed on hold for 15 minutes and hung up on, called back and the same thing happened for another 16 minutes, so I walked over there, with my aid, as it is literally across the street from me.At that point forward with no line at the moment, until about 5 minutes of waiting, I asked why I was hung up on, and a woman with gray blonde hair snapped at me saying you see this, pointing at the medication bins,(they wait until the last moment to fill the medication and it puts them in a big jam, forcing people to wait hours, and they wonder why they get in a jam), this pharmacy tech began an attempt to handle me with an attitude. I asked for a manager, and low and behold, it was the same one that argued with me a few nights earlier regarding my I.D. after his temper tantrum, I told him I was calling corporate, his response was go ahead) so I wasn't happy to see him and he began to an attempt to harass me about his poor attitude the previous night, and was still annoyed about the other woman's attitude who continued to talk about me in a very bad manner in front of me and the other customers. Thank God a very professional pharmaceutical tech stepped in and and took over. When did it become okay to get very bad service from alleged professionals that handle your medications and are supposed to follow ethical behaviors? When did it become okay for pharmaceutical technicians to argue with you in front of customers, or for that manner ever. Sam Jeffers (alleged manager) (unknown if he is even authorized to view medication and or dispense it.)ON two occasions he raised his voice at me and was very unprofessional, and he is supposed to be a manger. My only suggestion is stay away from this Walgreens unless it's absolutely necessary. Maybe I can see if they can deliver. I was absolutely pissed that my hands was shaking.Thank God, a very professional young lady stepped in and had my meds available within a half hour as she saw my hands were literally shaking, my blood pressure was going up. This resulted in a tension headache all day. After calling corporate, they returned my complaint back to this Walgreens, and low and behold the saga with the unprofessional manager continues and he actually call me, harassing me that I filed a complaint on him, I hung up after he attempted to argue with me yet again, he called again. Like really you think I am going to allow my self unneeded stress.I called customer support this time, and a professional came on, saying it was a mistake the complaint got to the store and she was going to have this complaint elevated the manager investigated from what I understand. She was very sympathetic and stated it should not have happened and actually apologized for everything agreeing that a customer should not be treated like I was.We will see what happens, and pass it on.

Wow, what a unprofessional alleged pharmaceutical manager (if he is even one) I walked over with my client to pick up his medication. This cat with red hair, Sam Jeffers I believe his name was, as he didnt have a name tag and i asked an other employee, his red unkempt beard must be the same one awarewolf delt with.He apparently does not feel he has to comply with the ADA or knows what HIPPA (some, not all of the pharmaceutical staff does). They literally wait till the last minute to fill medication, and wonder why they are rushed.. It's time to file a complaint with the ADA, DSPS and the AMA, DPR, and the PEP, probably the Governor as well.. Any person that creates an incident creating a persons mental health breaking point, which flares up anyone's PTSD needs their professional license revoke, if he even has one. I will be filing complaints today on behalf of my client.Mr. Jeffers if thats his name, lack of competence is astounding. Really? Raise your voice at a customer that has PTSD? Simply wow. Guess he teaches other pharmaceutical techs to be rude, sarcastic and condensing (not all of them are). Names will be published at another date. I will also write complaints to all the insurance companies. The residents in my building have shared the same issues with me regarding this pharmacy, about this store. The woman with the Grey blonde hair with runny eyeliner felt she could try and intimate my clinet , and speak about him in a very rude manner in front of his face and other customers has another thought coming. I called thier corporate office how the mistreated my client.

I stopped by in here for some allergy medication. Most places this time of year (late spring) are empty but this location had a fully stocked isle of allergy medication. Cashier was friendly.
