Terrible. Slowest pharmacy in history. Long lines, and always only one person checking people out. Look at other reviews. Not just me. You would think common sense would kick in and they would get some help. Zero stars.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Every time I get a prescription here there is an issue and I have to come back. It’s always a mistake on them. I’ve never been to a pharmacy so terrible. I have tried this pharmacy 5 times and every single time I’ve had to come back after waiting 45 minutes in line… Seriously, I cannot stress enough how disappointed and angry you will be.

Holy cow!! The people working the counter this afternoon were so rude over nothing!! I barley said 2 words other then my name! Not a single ounce of customer service just wow!!

I vist, at shop at the Walgeens on the corner of Acewood Blvd & Cottage Grove Road in Madison WI. frequently.
The staff there are always friendly and helpful. Cindy who is usually at the front counter when I come is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and always has a kind word and smile to share. In this day of online shopping, and delivery. It is nice to see real people in person, who like their jobs and appreciate their customers.

Called the pharmacy- was on hold for 20 minutes- gave up. Figured it was an anomaly, but no- I called back a few days later. Was on hold again “one caller ahead of you”. Someone finally picked up, said hello, and immediately I was back on hold. This happened twice more before I finally got to talk to the pharmacist, 20 minutes after I called.
Also, the system allows you to press a button to silence the hold music- but after a few minutes it starts playing again and can no longer be silenced.
This location needs more staff, or something. 20 minute hold times are unacceptable

So they just hire Walmart employees at the pharmacy now? Couldn't tell me my prescription was out of stock when I called 2 days prior so I show up and the lady at the desk has an attitude like it was my fault they were out of stock. I asked if she knew any other location would have any and she told me probably. Thanks, I didn't need an epi pen. Shut this place down

Where do I begin….First I’ll say the only reason why I continue to shop at this location is because it is down the street from the house and convenient for med pick up.Tonight took me to the limit that I felt I need to leave a review. Every time I come here to pick up a prescription I always end up waiting 30 mins or more. I even wait a day so I know I’m not waiting for it to be filled.I arrive tonight to a line of 2 people in front of me. The First Lady took about 20 mins and I’m not sure why. There were at least 4-5 people working but only 2 seemed to actually be doing anything. There was definitely a line developing behind me but I saw 3 people be dismissed for the evening while I wait for the next customer who was waiting for a prescription still not in stock. In fact I heard about 3 people total being told meds were coming tomorrow. Definitely not something you want to hear.

Girl with the blue hair in pharmacy is awful and rude. Had 3 gallon jugs on me and thing in my hands so I sat down behind the other people in line. 2 others were sitting waiting as well and she called them up in order of when they got there. It was obvious I was in line and a man came infront of me and she didn't say anything. So I spoke up and said excuse me I've been waiting. And she looked me in the eyes and told me no one knows I'm in line if I'm sitting down. Even when the last two people she called up were sitting as well. Super rude and the way she talked back to me was rude as well.

Store is fine mostly always issues with the pharmacy
