THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. They never have the medication you need and they'll make claims the it's at the location on E. Washington & E. Johnson and turns out they don't have it either

I swapped to this walgreens because the walgreens down at 2909 E Washington was so bad, just to find out that maybe I should not use walgreens at all. Everytime I go into either store, I feel extremely bad for the staff. On multiple occasions, I have been witness to customers absolutely disrespecting both the regular store workers and the pharmacy staff due to the locations being understaffed and having weird hours. There have been times where I am told my medicine was ready, just for it to not actually be ready. There have also been times where I show up to the Walgreens just for the pharmacy to randomly be closed. . .weird. At this point walgreens need to just consolidate the two locations!

In this world of instant gratification, kindness in Customer Service has become almost extinct. However there are still decent people who are employees that are still kind in this business environment where kindness isn't always the case. There was an employee that offered kind words (when they clearly did not have to). That alone made a difference in my day, especially as a Customer coming in to spend money.
The positive attitude and energy you give off to a stranger can make a world of a difference.

I’ve been going to Walgreens for over 30 years. The pharmacy here is absolutely terrible. My son has asthma and couldn’t get his medication because the pharmacy was closed at 3pm on a THURSDAY. Tried to come back on Sunday, nope still closed. It’s really sad to see it fall so far but my family will be changing pharmacies. If you have a life threatening disease and need medication, don’t go here!

I have got prescriptions filled there for years it was open 24hours worked out well. till January I went to doctor to get my inhalers renewed. went to wallgreens to get them the hit me with 700.dollars for one of them 400. dollars for the other I couldn't afford it at that time asked if insurance payed there share they said no I said I'll look into it found out insurance changed got a card in mail took two weeks understandable they kept wanting me to pay that amount out of pocket gave new insurance information to wallgreens they said have your doctor resend so insurance picks it up I did that uw contacted me to get to the bottom of it. wallgreens told UW HAVE HIM TAKE HIS PERSCRIPTIONS SOME PLACE ELSE. Just because I can't afford the non insurance price. what a month

If there's one thing this pharmacy is consistent for it's never actually filling prescriptions or being communicative in the slightest. It's par for the course, now, when I go in for refills there will always be at least 2 that they forgot about or never put into their system. I'm currently waiting for a medication I ran out of on Wednesday with no updates on it being filled. Called this afternoon (Sunday) and asked what's going on. Pharmacist simply says "What a great question to ask your doctor" before my call was disconnected
Glad to see Walgreens holds such disdain and contempt for their customers

I just stopped by the store on East Washington avenue and Stoughton road in Madison wi
I stopped by the store tonight at a few minutes after 10:00 p.m. your website and advertisement on Google show the store open till 11:00 p.m. when I walked up to the doors they were locked and a lady came up to the doors and told me quite rudely they were closed
I then confirmed with Walgreens on website that the store is supposed to be open till 11:00 Walgreens if you are going to cut your hours back you need to update your website and your Google you have wasted my time and fuel coming here for no reason when your website is incorrect I will be finding a different pharmacy to go to this is unacceptable and Walgreens you should be ashamed of yourself

We had went to get prescription and were told to come back in one hour. In one hour came back.... And then it was during the lunch hour? Some lady yelled angrily "we are closed!!" and they slammed the window down on us without explaining what going on. very very rude!!!!!!!!

This pharmacy is kinda a joke to be honest. They will say one thing on the phone and then have no idea what you're talking about in person. The rate of turnover is VERY indicative of their culture and efficiency.

Please do not reduce the photos size , I ordered a canvas 16x20 and when the photo is framed photo reduce from 16x20 to 14x16 or less.

Tried to DoorDash some water and advil, waited 30 mins for them to “shop” for my order just to get notified it was cancelled over an hour before the store closed
