Only leaving a review now cause this has happened more than 3 times in the past 6 months… We will get a notification stating that our scripts are ready. When we arrive, they say to come back in 20 minutes. When we come back an hour later, they say it will take another 20… Think twice before choosing this location as they have proven to be unreliable.

First and only interaction i will have with the pharmacy here. Called in because I got a notification that my regular pharmacy was temporarily closed, after waiting on the phone for 15 minutes and explaining the situation to the woman on the line without being able to finish my sentence she interrupts and loudly and rudley tells me they are open. When I try to explain I got a notification that it was closed she again loudly and rudley says they are open. Have a little decency and speak to people with respect.

It is obscene to keep patients on hold, continue picking up the phone every 2 minutes, then putting them right back on hold without even speaking. Just keep them on hold. I don't care what internal metrics this pharmacy is trying to game, that is extremely disrespectful.

Everytime I come here it is slow. Half the time they say they are out of something only to realize that they are not out of it, just there conputer is wrong. Will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere soon.

The cashier could not do basic math and spent 8 minutes with one customer while a line of about 5 people formed. Overpriced too. Never going back to this location.

We were buying some allergy medication that they keep locked along with two other items. The attendant came and handed our medication to the pharmacist and asked us to buy it there. The pharmacist also acknowledged this. There were a few people ahead of us and we got in the queue. When our turn comes, the pharmacist says, "Since you don't have a preacription I can't check you out as I don't have the time for that". So we go the same attendant and I tell her what happended and she says oh they are very busy there. So I say why did the pharmacist acknowledge it and make us stand in line and why did she make us go there in the first place. To which the attendant got annoyed and yelled at me, "WE ARE HUMANS WE MAKE MISTAKES IN LIFE OKAY."

Not sure who Adrian is but I was told by my sister and gf that he yelled at them to get out after they needed some help with a refund. If you're miserable and hate your life, find a new job. Horrible Customer Service by him ??????????????????????????????????????
