Two scrips were called in for me Friday morning. They filled one immediately but msg said 2nd would not be available until Monday morning.I called and when finally able to talk to a person he asked if I needed it right away and I said yes of course. When my husband stopped to get them the 2nd still wasn't ready. After work I should have been able to rest my leg but instead had to go back out to get scrip. That is atrocious service!

I just moved and tried to get my medication delivered to my new address. I spoke to a man who I unfortunately could not understand because of a heavy accent. I told him many times I’m sorry but I don’t understand what you’re saying. Can I please speak to someone else? Instead he yelled at me and was incredibly annoyed with me. He yelled and yelled the more I said I don’t understand what you are saying. This is an essential medication and the pharmacy is closed tomorrow so I have to get it today. I had to give him a lot of details and had questions but I could not understand him no matter how many times he repeated himself . I had to give them another call which took another 15 mins to confirm everything. He made a mistake on the delivery info so I corrected that with her. Easily one of the worst Walgreens’ pharmacists I’ve had and I’ve lived in a lot of places.

I appreciate Walgreens selection of products. Particularly when it comes to the brand selection of vitamins & supplements, I have more choice in the products I use for my personal health.
I am especially thankful for the 24-hour pharmacy locations.

My experience at this location was good. I scheduled an appointment online for both a flu shot and COVID shot. After I arrived for the appointment and checked in, I also dropped off a prescription. I was second in line for the vaccines, and my prescription was ready shortly after I received them. The person who administered the vaccines also was very helpful in answering questions about another vaccine which I wasn't sure I was up to date on. Altogether, I was in the pharmacy for only around 15 minutes, which was very nice compared to some previous experiences elsewhere that have taken a lot longer!

Scheduled a flu shot, they gave me a Covid shot! I don't think I would have known it if I didn't mention I didn't want the covid shot. Had the first dose in 2020 for job purposes, the side effects were like having covid( no sense of smell or taste and extreme pain in arm).After I said that I didn't believe in the covid shot, she went to the pharmacy tech and the tech said do want a Covid shot? I said no! OK, what? Found out that they gave me the covid shot by mistake. Really! So now I get to spend the next month with covid symptoms. Will I get results from Walgreens, well I doubt it. They didn't give me the receipt like with any vacs, like they were on a cover up so I sent my husband to talk to the store director. Finally got the receipt, yep got a covid shot instead of the flu shot. Now the head pharmacy tech called and gave me bla bla bla. So, now what do I do now?

The pharmacy is extremely frustrating. The drive through lines are long and slow, and the people at the window are oftentimes unhelpful. I waited 21 minutes on the phone today to ask a question. When I finally got through, I was told a medicine I needed the next day was out of stock. Please hire more staffe.

Warning!!! Do not use this pharmacy. My doctor has sent a prescription multiple times over the course of a week. Her nurse also called it in and was assured it would be filled. Yet, again I go in to pick in up and they tell me they have not received it. They apparently document conversations with medical professionals on scraps of paper that they cannot later locate (as the pharmacy manager told me).

I love this place. One stop quit shop photo, makeup, groceries. And they have a clearance section. Who doesn't love that. They differ from store to store. Usually they all have the stuff you need. And their candy section is great. I highly recommend this spot.

Russ the assistant manager has always been very kind and helpful. Even when a difficult customer was in line behind us, he took his time to help us and deserves to be promoted, in my opinion!
