Scheduled a flu shot, they gave me a Covid shot! I don't think I would have known it if I didn't mention I didn't want the covid shot. Had the first dose in 2020 for job purposes, the side effects were like having covid( no sense of smell or taste and extreme pain in arm).After I said that I didn't believe in the covid shot, she went to the pharmacy tech and the tech said do want a Covid shot? I said no! OK, what? Found out that they gave me the covid shot by mistake. Really! So now I get to spend the next month with covid symptoms. Will I get results from Walgreens, well I doubt it. They didn't give me the receipt like with any vacs, like they were on a cover up so I sent my husband to talk to the store director. Finally got the receipt, yep got a covid shot instead of the flu shot. Now the head pharmacy tech called and gave me bla bla bla. So, now what do I do now?

I got my passport renewed today and Teri was very friendly and helpful! It was a quick walk-in experience.

The pharmacy is extremely frustrating. The drive through lines are long and slow, and the people at the window are oftentimes unhelpful. I waited 21 minutes on the phone today to ask a question. When I finally got through, I was told a medicine I needed the next day was out of stock. Please hire more staffe.

Warning!!! Do not use this pharmacy. My doctor has sent a prescription multiple times over the course of a week. Her nurse also called it in and was assured it would be filled. Yet, again I go in to pick in up and they tell me they have not received it. They apparently document conversations with medical professionals on scraps of paper that they cannot later locate (as the pharmacy manager told me).

I love this place. One stop quit shop photo, makeup, groceries. And they have a clearance section. Who doesn't love that. They differ from store to store. Usually they all have the stuff you need. And their candy section is great. I highly recommend this spot.

Russ the assistant manager has always been very kind and helpful. Even when a difficult customer was in line behind us, he took his time to help us and deserves to be promoted, in my opinion!

I prefer this Walgreens. It's clean, well-stocked, and I consistently use their online pickup options.However, there is one glaring issue. Unlike other Walgreens locations, they have some sort of FedEx-exclusive contract, so they can't accept UPS boxes to get sent.Not only are they lacking a UPS Access Point option, but they also don't have a UPS drop box to drop off small packages. Walgreens pays premium $ to make sure their stores are highly-accessible, on corners of intersections, so this facet hinders their utility.It's an easy solution to fix; install a UPS dropbox, as it'd serve a wide area.

If you love waiting endlessly on HOLD this is the place for you! Again.. the wait. Called for a refill, finally after 35 minutes, the Pharmacist answers. I request my refill. She said "It looks like there are no refills, I'll have to fax your doctor. I say, that is not correct. I was told by my Doctor she refilled it, and she sent me on My Chart that she refilled that Prescription. So, I call my Clinic after I got off the phone with Walgreens, asked if they could please check my file, and yes, 4 refills! Now they need to call Walgreens. I feel bad because that is extra work for the Clinic. This Walgreens in inept. I don't know what happened to this specific location, but it seems the system is very broken. And their phones!

This might be my first review. The experience at this Walgreens had been bad. Unfriendly and slow. If you're going to use the drive through mentally prepare yourself like you would if you were going to wait in a long line at Disney World

I have to call monthly to get authorization to get one of my prescriptions filled. He calls the pharmacy and tells them to fill it. I then get several notifications that the prescription is ready. I drive out there and the pharmacy says it is not ready and it'll take an hour to fill it. So, I have to show up in person to tell them to fill a prescription that they said was already filled. I will call from now on, but I shouldn't have to.

There is always a car parked for over 20 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru. Pharmacy staff refuse to ask them to pull around. Expect to wait 30 minutes at the drive thru.
