This Walwart pharmacy is good pharmacy & the employees perform a great job. Yes, there has been a small wait at either one of two drive-ups, but they are far better than the Walgreens pharmacy I previously used for many years. Once when this Madison pharmacy had a rare occurrence of being out of a particular drug I don't regularly use, they sent the prescription over to Walmart's Sun Prairie location. While picking up this prescription there, I was talking with a pharmacist. They said the Nakoosa Trial Walmart pharmacy was like fighting on the front lines of a war and the employees there did a wonderful job. I agreed, adding how busy that pharmacy becomes and how the employees manage it. I must also commend the Asian female pharmacy manager for her consistent kindness, patience, and professionalism during their busiest times.

This pharmacy is horrible and the pharmacists are always so rude. They give me different dates and prices for every medication each time I get it refilled. They constantly mess things up and try to overcharge me.

The wait at drive thru is ridiculous. I don't even know if they are aware of my presence- they don't acknowledge you are there. That is terrible customer service. We will be moving our prescriptions elsewhere.

The absolute worst shopping experience of my life, covid or no covid. Grocery section in total disarray ,empty shelves, employees moving in slo-mo stocking (or not) shelves. New wider aisles make the walking twice as far as one cannot shop both sides of the aisle at one time. Never mind all that, when I finally went to check out, there were only 4 check out stations (in a mega store) and only one of those was open. Everything else was self check out. I had several produce items needing to be weighed and that always self destructs the process. Plus, I did not want to bag my own groceries (physical limitations) so I stood in line for 20 minutes. Finally got my groceries, checked out and went to go to the ladies room. You guessed it! All taped off and closed......never again will I shop at Walmart. Don't blame it on covid, Costgo and Krogers still manage to provide an efficient and pleasant shopping experience.

The store and all the websites claim you can cash personal checks but they don't it seems pretty useless to say you cash checks when you dont. I even got through to customer service and they said they could do it I asked how much........ They patched me through to another person that told me they don't do it at all to be honest I'm starting to be over Walmart...

Supercenter more like super predictably disappointing center, I broke my 5 year Walmart strike and decided to go to this location to buy a weirdly specific pump for my new inflatable pool. I chose to buy here because I saw the item online and the price was good. I walked to the far reaches of the sporting good section to find the time and it was on a pretty tall shelf, I took the time down and compared it to the one I had a screw grab on my phone, they were the same so I was confident the item in my hand would be $9.97 like the one I had found online. I wandered around for awhile but finding anything else I could imagine purchasing so I found my way to the cash register, my total came to over $17 so I asked the cashier how much the pump was and she said it as coming up as $16.77, I told her it was supposed to be under $10 and she said she'd have to do a price check: I showed her the screen of my phone and she looked at me with dead eyes and said, that's great but I'll have to do a price check.... a person I can only assume was a manager with a handheld price gun came over scanned the item and simple said "it's $16.77" and walked away. The customer service here is pitiful, I told her "no thank you" and I left. The sad truth of the matter is I would rather give another store $20 of my money for the same item if they offered anything above the bare minimum of customer service.

Probably the worst Walmart I've ever been in. Not only could I not get help multiple employees were just leaning on shelves texting on their phones and one of them was on the phone talking (speakerphone) with his mask completely under his chin swearing at the person on the phone to the point I left the aisle before I said something. There was two other employees also in that i'll laughing about it. Children walking by didn't even bother trying to be quiet so they couldn't hear him. This Walmart is the closest one to my house just moved here from another state. This is not a one time occurrence I have been in the store three or four times and there is always something happening and by looking at the reviews online corporate and management need to do something. Will never shop here again.

F****** idiots work here. Imbeciles. Spend the extra $$ to go to target. Those employees have no class. Wouldn't go back if my life depended on it.

I've given this pharmacy several chances and brushed off slights by several employees here. I generally try to be empathetic when someone seems to be having a bad day, but no more. There is a male pharmacy tech there who has been rude, hurried, and passive aggressive with myself and my husband on more than one occasion and we observed the same mistreatment of other people there to pick up medicine from this guy. I had hoped that he was just a bad apple because the male pharmacist there is pretty awesome. He (the pharmacist) is very personable and seems to take pride in his profession. Today however, I had another very negative encounter with a different pharmacy tech over the phone.I recently got put on a new medication. I was aware that prior certification from my insurance had to happen and when my doctor called to tell me that they had faxed the approval to the pharmacy, I called the pharmacy to see if the medication would be ready in the next 45 minutes or so because I was already out and could've picked it up on my way home. Apparently that was a mistake. When I called, the tech who answered said that she didn't even know if it would go through, but she tried and it went through, cool. Then she went on to say that the doctor wrote it wrong and to tell me why it was wrong. But the doctor didn't write it wrong. We spent 20 minutes in his office going over the exact dosage that would be right for me and the best way to take the medicine that would help my body in the way that it needed to. I alerted her to this detail and then she went on to say that they didn't carry the needle or syringe type I needed and that the doctor would have to order something different and I would have to talk to him about that and that I should administer a different route so that I could get needles easier. Again. My doctor and I spent a lot of time determining the exact dosage and route that would be right for be. She has no right to move all this stuff around that my doctor and myself spent a lot of time talking about. On top of all this she was talking so fast I could barely get a word in edgewise and was dismissive of all that I had to say. She would periodically laugh about things that I would say in a sarcastic way and the whole experience was very demeaning. I eventually got off the phone with no idea when my prescription would be filled as she said the meds would be here tomorrow, but no idea on the needles, can't take the meds without the needles, and told me to maybe call my doctor about it. That is no way to treat a patient. I'm a medical assistant and I wouldn't dream of treating a patient this way. If there's an issue, you immediately call the doctor so that things can be hashed out between the two paid professionals. You don't set that burden on the patients shoulders, especially when the average person isn't necessarily an expert on medications and how they're administered. I'll admit that I'm not an expert, but I know enough to know that you don't treat people that way and I'm involved enough in my care to know why things are the way they were written. So hopefully my provider, or their assistants, will be able to sort things out with the pharmacy and I can get switched over to a different pharmacy because I've had nothing but headaches dealing with this one. Today's events were entirely uncalled for, unprofessional, and borderline unethical. Techs didn't go to medical school. Techs don't get to decide what is right and what is wrong. Yes, if something is off, call the physician, but you don't approach it that way with the patient.
