We tried to get a repair done at this authorized dealer with a pre-paid claim through our warranty service (Square Trade). The associate was alone and didn’t know how to handle the transaction and said to come back another day.

Sooo...just to start off I'm highly disappointed in this place. I called Thursday to see how much it would be to have my screen repaired as it is cracked. I was quoted 99.99 with 10 dollars off. I was stoked. I also was skeptical to which I called back after making an appointment to confirm that everything was correct. Come time for my appointment I spend 30 mins driving to..I was told when I got there the person called in sick in the morning keeping in mind my appointment was at 5 pm. They had allllll day to tell me but didn't...they NEVER CALLED TO TELL ME. I let it go and made another appointment which I drove all the way back to on Monday to not only find out that the guy quoted me wrong and quoted the back glass of my phone. I CONFIRMED MULTIPLE TIMES (6 times)THE PHONE STYLE , FRONT SCREEN REPAIR AND PRICE. Needless to say they didn't stay true to their price and wanted to charge me well over 2 hundred dollars to fix my phone after THEIR MISTAKE. Thank you for wasting my time.

Went there for the 3rd time today to get my key fob for my Prius that I purchased. Took another hour and half today for the employee to finally tell me that he couldn’t get the key machine to cut it and it wasn’t programming. Maybe don’t sell things if you cannot provide a finished product! Wtf after 3 trips and about 4 hours too!!!

Nothing but good things to say about Steve and Erin today at the East Washington Avenue location in Madison...All of 2.2 seconds and they had my i-phone charging port cleared out of a ginormous dust ball--which was probably five years in the making. And at no charge! (no pun intended). I couldn't even use the coupon I had downloaded for conveniently scheduling my appointment online ahead of time on their incredibly easy to use website. I was pleased to see posted quotes for the services I thought I might be needing, enabling me to make intelligent choices on whether to repair the current phone or seek an upgrade. Thank you both! You truly made my day.
