I already wanted to leave Wells Fargo due to the corruption towards their clients that occurred and due to the Dakota Pipeline controversy. However, my experience at this branch pushed me to action because it reminded me of waiting in line at Mcdonalds rather than a bank. They didn't have time for my questions and gave me a card to call them later. What? I'm there in person and you give me a card to talk to you later. I've been a Wells Fargo customer for something like 20 years. I'm switching my accounts to Associated Banks to support local building projects and I'm no longer letting greedy investment bankers in New York hold my money.

Garima was a pleasure to work with in your bank. This was my first time coming to a Wells Fargo, and she definitely is the reason I will continue to bank with you! She was patient, kind, and give me tips as a new customer on checking my account. She genuinely cared, and I had a great experience when she helped me fix my PIN on my account. Thanks Garima, can't wait to see you at Wells Fargo!

Slowest bank I've ever waited at. Seems multiple employees were late which led to poor customer experience. Waited in line over 10 minutes before even being acknowledged.

Beware of this bank. The employees, including the branch manager, have little to no knowledge of banking and can not answer the most simple questions, provided they even answer the phone. Perhaps that's why they automatically send you to the automated system where you will be placed on hold for thirty minutes or longer. The branch manager was extremely rude and constantly interrupts while you are speaking, so much so that she can't remember what you were saying and you have to keep repeating yourself. Plus, she is a liar. Do NOT bank at Wells Fargo if you want fast access to your money, if you want a competitive mortgage, or if you want a simple question answered.

Unlike other reviews, I didn't have any issues with this bank's customer service or professionalism. My interactions were very brief, however, and limited to the bankers at their desks and not the tellers. The banker I worked with was very friendly and professional. I was greeted when I walked in the door and directed to where I needed to be. The only unprofessional thing I noticed was an employee glancing at their phone, but honestly... haven't we all done that?

I've never had a worse customer-service experience at any bank. The woman I spoke with told me she was too busy to take my calls and was unwilling to help me obtain information regarding their debit cards. For this reason, I decided not to open an account with Wells Fargo.

Just got back from the bank, awful feeling. I had been with this bank for over 10 years, both business and personal, total of 6 accounts, a lot of changings, new managers are bad, one customer was in front of me looked so angry and left, when my turn I only cash the check less than $1000, they called the whole bunches of people came and looked at me as I am a thief, took over 10 minutes to cash it, all these we people need more professional on their job so don't make customers feel odd ward , compare to previous staffs they were helpful and make you very comfortable whenever you visit the branch, this new staffs are unprofessional, by the way this is the first time ever I do review

WORST BANK EVER! They put a hold on a business account without telling me because the check was too large. Everything is effed up now because of them. Why?? Because they didn't think I, the assistant, was old enough to make a deposit for a business even though I've been making deposits for the company for years! I'm 25yrs old- how the hell am I not old enough to hold a job as an assistant and make a deposit for a company??? They'll never tell you the reason, however, or that they're doing it. Even when they can look at the account history and see that the checks have been deposited previously for that amount. They will take your money or hold it from you. DO NOT BANK AT WELLS FARGO IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!!

Short version: appearance of professionalism and courtesy, actually little knowledge or ability in banking, and little genuine concern for customers. Long version: Because we bank with Wells Fargo, and everyone seems friendly at this branch, we figured it would be a reasonable place to get a mortgage for our first home purchase. We were pre-approved and everyone seemed very nice and reasonably professional. Then, immediately after we had an offer accepted on our home, they decided that the offer letter from my new job would not work for the sort of mortgage we wanted because of "federal regulations." They tried to steer us toward a higher cost mortgage as the only option. We came up with several alternative options (such as getting a revised offer letter), but Wells Fargo staff kept putting up roadblocks (and embarrassing me with requests of my new employer). When we asked if the bankers at this branch could talk to their supervisor, they told us everyone would give us exactly the same information, and if we went to another bank any other bank would be harder to get approval from than Wells Fargo. Finally, we asked our real estate agent, she put us in touch with a different bank, and they quickly approved us for the mortgage we wanted with no hassle whatsoever. I talked about the situation with a friend who practices and teaches real estate law, and he said the supposed federal regulations are not at all relevant. We also found out that there was a first time home buyer mortgage assistance program that we were eligible that we had not been told about by Wells Fargo. After we told Wells Fargo we had found a mortgage elsewhere, the banker sent a series of long, stream-of-consciousness e-mails continuing to try to convince us that it was still in our best interest to go with Wells Fargo. Our conclusion is that Wells Fargo puts on a great show of professionalism, acting confidently, as if they know all the ins and outs of their business, but it's just a show. Shop around if you are looking for a mortgage - and if at all possible use a local credit union.

I am now the proud [AND informed] owner of a Roth IRA! Much thanks to Francisco, Kris, and Sonja for pooling their knowledge to answer all of my questions and help me make the decision that will best benefit me in the future. I graduated a little over a year ago and had a TON of questions about general financing for... life! With little to no knowledge of what I should be doing with my money, I scheduled a meeting with Francisco to cover all of this. I was nervous he would get annoyed with so many questions, but he was very patient, understandable and friendly! We pulled in Kris and Sonja to help with a few things and they were equally pleasurable. In addition to answering my questions, they let me know about other related services I can take advantage of in the future. It makes me so happy to know that they care about helping me, and understand that money can be stressful. Wells Fargo is the best. Every time I walk into this branch, someone is eager to help with whatever--from a simple deposit to financial planning for life. They understand that money can be unnerving and confusing, and they will put in their time to make sure you leave better off than when you arrived. That being said, some of these processes can take time (I was in the office for about an hour and a half) but you will be so happy you took that time to cover everything. I am so happy with what we got done during my visit Saturday, and I'm looking forward to returning to talk about other future financial ventures!

The "lost art" of customer service has been FOUND at the Wells Fargo at 432 S. Gammon Rd! Whether it is Brooke, Martin, Jose, Jeremiah or Julie or any of the other personal bankers or representatives of this branch you will ALWAYS get a first class personal banking experience. They make you feel like they genuinely care about and are adept and competent with your financial needs. In this highly competitive world, my multiple experiences with this Wells Fargo branch stands out as an industry leader in professionalism, financial competence and customer service. Thank you for leading the way in how it SHOULD be done.

Super friendly staff. As soon as I walked in I was greeted right away and directed to where I need to be to get what I needed taken care of. The branch manager and the account manager both went above and beyond in resolving my issue for me. I am one happy wells Fargo customer!
