I took my mom to this bank today. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by the teller Krishnaveni welcoming us in to the branch. Krishnaveni was very friendly and welcoming and was the most polite person we've ever dealt with. I most definitely recommend coming to this branch and will be coming here anytime I need anything because of Krishnaveni and her customer service today!

My six-year-old girl opened her first saving account with banker Dylan Packet. Dylan is the best banker I’ve ever met. He’s very patient, knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service.

Wells moved out of the Town where I am close to. It is 1 1/2 hour drive for me now to do any Banking within the Branch. Online options are limited for completing paperwork, and the Bank is indifferent to my business needs. I will be closing my accounts there. In our local branch, the people were friendly, and there were Bankers around who were also decision makers. Gone now.

Waited for 15 minutes next in line, one teller, line builds, lady comes out and says “oops sorry you can use the ATM or wait” thanks for letting me know ATMs exist. Wow I was waiting in line for nothing, ended up leaving because they couldn’t figure out their customer in front of me. Probably was a 30 minute wait to do one transaction.Update: I did actually follow the instructions below from the "owner" and email them. They said basically "hey thanks so much we are reviewing this and will get back to you within 10 business days, we take this seriously."9 business days later I get an email following up on my "case" and it's now been "closed." And they understand waiting can be frustrating, but I can use the ATM or the mobile app. lolwowowow thanks guys, what was the point of that?

I worked with Dylan a couple weeks ago to complete an international wire. Not only did he walk me through it, but pointed me to an online version of the service that saved me money. This is the service I have had for the 16 years I banked with Wells Fargo which is why they have my business.

Went in with some questions and the teller basically said she's completely unable to help answer even the simplest of questions. She couldn't move money from one account to the other for me and she couldn't even make an appointment so I could talk to someone who can. If I wanted an online bank I wouldn't bother with Wells Fargo. I don't want to have to call and wait on hold or go to a confusing website every time I have a question. The whole point of having a physical location with actual people is so they can help you. Like what is your actual job if you're gonna sit there unable to do anything. Just replace the teller with a computer screen and be done with it.

Don't stop things when asked and paid to. Won't work with you either, just let the fees keep adding up.
