West Towne Mall is a shopping center that offers a small variety of good stores and a decent food court with delicious options. While the atmosphere is quiet and lacks some cheerfulness, the mall is well-maintained, with clean floors and friendly people. Some visitors feel uncomfortable due to aggressive kiosk workers, particularly at the skin care stand. Although it could benefit from more department store options and a more lively atmosphere, the mall remains a decent place for shopping with friends. The food court features affordable choices, although some wish it had more variety. Overall, West Towne Mall is a relatively good option for those looking to shop in a calm environment.
Malls continue to struggle these days, every time I go I am hopeful that there may be better quality stores/interesting things to do/shop for, but its largely the same. There are still the critical staple stores, but nothing super interesting
