Don’t bother with this place all our stuff was stolen all our camping gear, bikes, equipment etc. Story has it next to this place is a homeless encampment!!! And there are homeless people living in the units! Good luck!

April's perspective is the correct one. So the owner's solution is to take all the trash to Third Street and just dump it to let someone take care of it. The owner is trash.Don't recommend.

There are new owners of this place and they stopped taking care of it. Garbage everywhere. Do not recommend.
