We absolutely love our Marvin windows. They match the original windows of our 1930 Tudor so much more than the 1970s replacement windows we got rid of. We also added an extra one to the space to allow more light in. We worked with Kelly and she was great. Answered all my questions and explained things thoroughly as needed. Just a heads up, Sherwin Williams has a color match to these windows so the trim paint would be the same.

We are very disappointed in this company. We moved our schedules around to get into the show room before they closed. We set up and appointment and the sales person did not show up. When we called to find out where he was, he said he didn't have it in calendar which was a surprise since it was only a week ago. My husband expressed frustration and the sales person terminated our relationship.

This is our second purchase with Window Design Center and Marvin in 2 years. The first was for a sunroom addition, the second was to replace 70 year old windows in our home. Charlie, our salesperson, has been excellent. The service department is prompt and efficient, and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. These are terrific windows.

We replaced all of the windows in our 100 year old home with Marvin windows from the Window Design Center last summer. We were thrilled with the quality of the windows and how well they matched the interior trim of our home. They have made our downtown home much quieter and we finally got rid of all of those storm windows! The Window Design Center was a pleasure to work with and their installer did a professional job in a timely manner. When I had issues with some of the windows sticking a bit a few weeks later, the installer came back and fixed it promptly. We had one set of storms that had to be replaced and the order was messed up three times, but they eventually got it right and we couldn't be happier with the final result.

Kevin is the best. I love it when a professional loves what they do. He listened to our goals. He shared with us his own personal ideas for us to reach our goals and even brought up some secondary thoughts because of the time period of our project. (127 year old farm house.) In the end, I am very thankful we chose the Window design Center. They helped us Nail the look and feel of our new Forever Home.

Attention to detail and the quality of the products they sell is second to none. Charlie does an amazing job with homeowners, making sure all the bases are covered. Delivery is always on time. Sometimes earlier than expected. I highly recommend them.

This place has a great selection of quality windows and doors. My wife and I have been shopping around, and we found the sales people here to be super helpful, and their price quote was very competitive.
