Tell me why yall say you open at 12 but it’s 12:15 and I’m sitting outside in the massage chairs waiting for yall to open and girl wants to catch an attitude when I was just asking if they are gonna open around 12 or not. Don’t say you open at a certain time if you aren’t gonna open within 15 minutes of that time

Terrible return policy. 14 days. I don’t live close enough to be there within the time period. Associates unable/unwilling to be flexible when I was 3 days outside return window.

Went to Windsor today there was no one in the store and a white employee told my cousins that we couldn’t try on dress for fun. We had to put some dresses away and try only one cause we didn’t want to be rude. Is there a policy that says that we can’t try on a lot of clothes? What is wrong with ya? Is it cause we’re Asian? ?

Super sweet manager Thursday evening today 3/16/2023. Her coworkers didn’t show that day so she was short. She handled everything so well! So sweet, customer service didn’t miss a beat! This is the type of manager you keep! -

Beautiful dresses and Excellent service!! Morgan (I think was her name) was so helpful and understanding! She let me take my time in the fitting room and never made me feel like an inconvenience or a bother. I highly recommend this store!

Windsor at the east town location was amazing. Jen was so helpful, patient, and thoughtful. She helped me pick out jewelry and shoes to match my dress! She also helped me be confident and it was overall a great experience. They have a wide selection of styles and sizes, definitely recommend<3

I have always been EXTREMELY impressed with the service at the Windsor in East Towne Mall! I have gotten dresses, pants, ANYTHING there and not only are they adorable and the quality is amazing, but the workers are some of the NICEST people ever. Just recently I bought a prom dress and as indecisive as I am I tried on a few more, in finding a dress that I loved more than the one I previously bought, I brought up my predicament with the store manager, Jen. Most of the dresses there are non-returnable so I knew I had an issue. Jen let me know that I could not return the previous dress yet if I could match the price or buy something of more worth I could exchange the two dresses. So I rushed home to grab the receipt and the previous dress. Unfortunately the receipt was nowhere to be found, not even in my email. We returned to the store with that news and we were not able to do the swap. I was devastated. But Jen going above and beyond assured us that she would contact the headquarters and see if they have access to the transaction, and if they did we would be able to make the swap. Long story short, Jen was able to find the transaction and was able to make the swap for me and give me my dream dress! I have never met someone so patient and kind. Windsor, you have an AMAZING worker and manager at the East Towne location. And lastly, Jen thank you so much for your patience and kindness, I will 100% be shopping at Windsor again!!:)))))

My daughter and I Went into this store on Sunday morning and there was only one employee working!! She was running around helping everyone at a very busy time. Her positive attitude made our experience so much better! She said that her name was Jen and that she was the manager. Thank you for your help my daughter found the perfect dress!

Took my granddaughter shopping. A staff member told us she was working alone but not to be afraid to ask for help if we needed it. This girl was hustling back and forth with several customers trying on prom dresses. This poor girl did not miss a beat. I was impressed and asked how I could get ahold of her manager to tell them how amazing she was. Come to find out she was the manager! I sure hope they appreciate her!
