For those able to climb the many steps, the lookout deck at the top offers amazing views. The staff at the Capitol are noted as wonderful, courteous, and helpful. During Christmas time, the Capitol becomes even more amazing. A large state tree in the foyer is decorated with ornaments made by children of Wisconsin, often with a train going around its base. The experience of visiting is unforgettable, highlighting civic engagement and making it a must-see for everyone.
