Had my 2021 Cadillac CT5-V serviced for a transmission drain and fill and filter replacement and Tom was excellent and accepted my own parts without a problem whereas most other service shops around the area would not.
Highly recommend this shop and will be returning in the future!

Tom Wright was very thorough with my car and made sure to repair and replace only what was necessary. The price and quality of his work was very reasonable. It's nice to have a family shop in Madison I can trust. Support small business!

I had to get my car jumped and wanted to take it to a shop right away so I wouldn’t have to get it towed in the future, and when I called Wright’s at 4 pm (ish) on a Friday they told me I could bring my car in immediately and they’d keep my updated when they could get to it. I’d never used their services before, but based on my experiences with other mechanics I expected to have to wait until the next week or later, but I got a call not long after about the status of my car and the work needed. They were transparent about the cost and potentially limited availability of the parts necessary to replace the battery of my old car. To my surprise, I got another call at 10:30 pm (ish) that evening to let me know that he had tracked down and purchased the battery and installed it THE VERY SAME EVENING and that I could come pick it up. I was shocked and touched they put in so much effort into getting my vechicle back to me in such a short turn around and for an incredibly reasonable price. Their customer service, quality of the service they did to my elderly car, and value for the amount of work that needed to be done was mind blowing. I’ll never go to a different mechanic again and I cannot recommend them enough.

Always a fair price and more than helpful! If there's a job I can't do myself I go there. I also like how you can bring your own parts too! Other places burned me by putting on cheap parts that don't last. Great place and will be coming back in the summer!

Great experience over here. Needed to get my brakes done. They were able to get my car in and out within the day, nobody tried to “sell me” anything and they called with all the information I needed about the work that he was going to do.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Wright Auto Service! We had my sons car towed in for a repair. All the service lights came on at once. I couldn't be more impressed with the service. From the moment we talked to Tom we knew we had someone that was honest and trustworthy. He was not only honest but very transparent about the work that needed to be done. He thoroughly explained everything in detail, so I never felt like I was being upsold or misled.
The repairs were done quickly, and at a much lower price than originally quoted. Tom found some bad wires and was able to replace them, and my sons car is running like new. It's rare to find an auto repair shop that you can TRULY trust, but Wright Auto Service has earned that trust from us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied,and I can't recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for a quality service, honesty, and reliability, this is the place to go. Honest and quality work right here! As an out of towner, a girl, and being in an emergency, this shop took care of me in a timely manner. They not only did an excellent job with the repair, but I had some minor issues that needed little jerry-rigging just so I could make it home without any additional issues. They were kind and fair. This shop was widely recognized and recommended by locals. I'm glad I went here rather than a chain or run of the mill shop. Good people, doing good work. Thank you!

Prior to Wright’s Auto being recommended to me, I have taken my vehicles to a few different places. However, after my first time taking my vehicle there I knew I would always return. If you know Tom, you know that he is always slammed at the body shop. However, he has always found a way to get me in as soon as he can. Not to mention, my vehicle is ready to be picked back up within such a reasonable time frame. The prices have always been very fair and reasonable. Tom has always known what is going on with my vehicles once he looks them over. His daughter, the receptionist is always so welcoming when she has picked up the phone. This family is so kind and the customer service they provide is above and beyond. If you’re debating taking your vehicle here, I can assure you that you won’t regret it.
