The first time I called was the first time I heard about this business and I'm really happy that I did call. Luis/Louise (unsure of spelling) answered all of my questions and provided great customer service. I stopped over right away. When I got there, there was an employee named Ryan behind the counter. very attentive and polite, so I thought he was who I spoke to on the phone. I thanked them both so much for their great customer service. I am definitely going to recommend this place. I really do appreciate the guys fitting me into their schedule and making it a stress-free environment. Prices are great too! Top notch service with employees who actually care. Keep eyes on those two for sure when considering career advancement within the company.

I had to have my window tint replaced as it had bubbled on one window. It was done expertly and under warranty as was stated when it was first applied in 2010 back in Ypsilanti, Mi. The two locations conferred and everything was taken care of. Thank you Ryan and Larry in Ypsi !!

11 year customer of Ziebart in West Allis Wi. First time at Madison Ziebart for yearly rustproofing inspection. Based on my experience with the West Allis store to this location I’m disappointed with their poor performance and refusal to return my phone call to discuss. Truck was not pressure washed and very little rust proofing material was re-applied to my truck. Prior experience to this and last truck, entire underside re-sprayed. Truck was at their shop all day, never opened the hood or pulled plugs in doors etc. I will have to take the truck back to West Allis location to get the job done properly.
