Sat on the phone with a recording trying to reach the service department, the recording constantly would send me back to hear it repeat itself over and over instead of letting me speak to someone. It’s like they don’t want to help you. RediculousLike seriously, “to reach an operator, please press 0 at anytime”Yeah I’ve pressed zero probably 40 times only to hear that stupid prompt over and over again. Does no one want to answer the phone? Horrible business

If I could give 0 stars I would. Manager has terrible communication with their salesmen. They wouldn't honor their verbal agreement with me, yet they did not inform me that I needed to put down a deposit in order to hold the car. The salesman had said not to worry and that he would not sell it to anyone else. We were simply waiting on a phone call and were negotiating the price. Then they sold the car I wanted purchase out from underneath me. Despite being emailed and told I had the opportunity to come in to put the deposit down and purchase it. When I arrived minutes later they had another customer singing the paperwork and it was too late. I have never had an experience like this with a dealership, this is the worst experience I have ever had. Is it because I am Hispanic or because I had Illinois plates? Do not support this dealer, I live in Wisconsin and this dealership is not good for our community.

I’ve been here a few times and had only good experiences. All of the staff are friendly, the work is thorough and efficient, and the pricing is straightforward. There’s nothing more you can really ask from a dealership. Also the complimentary Ubers are a nice bonus.

Routine services are always good and they always give me a car wash after the service is done. They always offer me a soda or water or coffee when I walk in through the door. Service wise. It’s very expensive but it’s worth it. I wouldn’t go to anybody but them. Never had an issue where they could not fix it. I always referred my father to this particular mechanic shop. 4 stars (I think routine maintenance is deserve discounts and coupons)

I give my salesman Ryan 5 stars . He was pleasant from the onset. He knew the Q5 inside and out. After I purchased the Q5 he was very patient with showing me all the functions of the car and setting up the systems. Registration and licensing was a breeze. I highly recommend Zimbrick Audi Madison, I live in Illinois there are closer Audi dealers ,but I would drive the 2 1/2 hours to buy from Zimbrick Audi Madison next time I am ready to purchase another Audi.

I have a 2013 audi a6. My warranty is about to expire in a month. They wont honor your warranty. I even have a picture with the steering light on. Dont ever buy an audi. They will screw you out of your warranties.

Loni the service representative at the Rimrock Rd Zimbrick went above and beyond to see to it that I got back on the highway to get my kids from Daycare.. He didn't hesitate to fix my cobweb of shrink wrap that the Beltline blew around my front right tire.. He was on the ground even with his suit on reaching around my tire to free it up! I'm beyond grateful and even tried to pay him!.. I'm very excited to have this Audi team in my corner for the life of my Audi! Thank you Loni!

Went in for a standard mileage service, including an oil change. A little over one thousand miles after taking car in, the check engine light came on. I took the vehicle in to a different auto repair shop. The auto shop told my a solenoid needed to be replaced and that the oil needed to be changed desperately. They also informed me that the oil had not been changed for a long time, which caused the damage to the solenoid. So that means this Audi dealer not only charged me way above market price for oil change, that didn’t even change the oil and lied to me about it!

I've been driving an Audi diesel Q5 for years now and haven't had an issue with it...until last week. The check engine and AdBlue lights came on. It indicated I had 150 miles to drive before the car wouldn't start any longer. I called the service department and was told the next available appointment was in 3 weeks. I knew that wouldn't be an option for me and asked to speak with a manager. Amos Smith was a lifesaver. After sharing my concerns, he gave me reassurance, had me bring my car in, and told me the service department would evaluate it that day. His calm, professional, understanding manner meant the world. My issue was addressed and resolved the same day. Audi and Zimbrick are fortunate to have Amos taking care of their customers.I highly commend Audi Zimbrick's service department and more specifically, Amos. Thank you Amos!
