I needed to have the torn weatherstripping on the driver's side door replaced. It was always coming loose when getting in or out of the vehicle. Zimbrick service did an excellent job seeing and fixing the problem.

This was a particularly bad outing for Zimbrick Hyundai East Service on 10/10/2023 while servicing my 2023 Kona for the first time. As the picture shows, engine oil level was overfilled. In addition, the oil change indicator on the dash was not reset. Most disappointed at the attention to detail with this simple oil change.

Previous Infiniti owner. Bought a new 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy thinking it was a nice vehicle at a great value. It's not. For the most part, no issues with the product itself, but I will never buy another Hyundai vehicle thanks to the service department at Zimbrick Eastside in Madison. Frankly, I am just not used to such poor service. I will buy another brand next time thank you. Not impressed at all with Hyundai. The organization seems like a 12-year-old is running it or at least this particular service department. Routine services not performed on schedule, post service paperwork not provided, was told different things by different members of the same service department in terms of which services or recalls were performed on my vehicle, and just overall poor communication. At this point I literally do not know what services have or have not been performed on my vehicle. I simply cannot trust anything they say at this point. Additionally, just the other day I received which appears to be an out-of-date mailing 'signed' by a service manager who I believe is no longer the service manager. They simply don't have their 'stuff' together. It's embarrassing really. Unfortunately, this is not a single isolated incident but a culmination of unacceptable incidents which has led me to believe the department is near incompetent. In just less than 1 years' time I regret my Hyundai purchase. Oh, and to top it all off, there was a paint defect on my vehicle upon taking delivery of it. Yes, as unbelievable as all of this sounds, sadly it's all true. Thanks Hyundai, never again! So disappointed I will have to deal with this for the next few years until I can get myself away from Hyundai and into a different brand of vehicle.

Kyle and the entire service team at Zimbrick Hyundai Eastside could not be better. They are genuinely nice and attentive when you are interacting with them and give you the sense that they truly care about you being at their location for service. They know you have a choice and take that seriously. Could not be happier with the team at Zimbrick Hyundai Eastside. They have created a great customer experience from start to finish.

Efficient,clean and pleasant! No complaints with the performance of the dealership.Related but not necessarily relevant: we were pulled over and given a warning by state patrol on the trip home that night.The 27 point safety check did not include the license plate lights.We rarely drive at night...ironic that we had to be on the road the next 2 nights. Why wouldn't lights be included in the "safety check"?Thank you for your consideration!

Terrible service. They have not been able to figure out what's wrong with my vehicle for over 3.5 months. Their service manager Kevin chewed me out and yelled at me when I called to inquire about the status of my vehicle because he knew I had filed a complaint with Hyundai corporate. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them if you want good service after the fact. I have never had issues with service centers at other dealerships. This is a first.

We have Gerald Ayers take care of us. It was a perfect storm of needing a vehicle and finding one that was the right and he was able to get us great financing and as many discounts as he could. Truly a great guy!

I was very happy with Ryan at the service desk. On the other hand, I was not at all pleased with Zimbrick or Hyundai for their lack of support with my issue. Due to the pandemic and other related issues, I had to wait for three summers in a row to get service on my air conditioning. In 2021, they did not fix it. In 2022, I waited until October to get a new condenser. It was not working properly this year. I made an appointment in June and just recently found out that the condenser needs replacement again. They are not willing to cover it now because the warranty has expired. If it had been fixed properly in 2021 or 2022, the warranty would not be an issue. I will look elsewhere for my next vehicle.

Our 2013 Hyundai broke down. We had another mechanic look at it and told us that our specific problem will most likely result in a new engine from Hyundai due to manufacturing defects. We brought the vehicle in to Zimbrick 1 month ago and it is still sitting there not looked at. A technician last week told us it would be looked at by the end of the week. Not done. This week the guy told us we were second in line (this was a Monday) It's Friday...not done. Today he said we were next in line...told me it won't get done till next week. It's been a month without a car and they could care less about keeping their word. They are obviously, grossly understaffed. I won't buy my next vehicle here.

I have been doing research for quite a while to find exactly what I wanted. I had an Edge and LOVED my Edge...but wanted to upgrade to a Titanium. I found exactly what I wanted at Zimbrick Hyundai and Chris came out to greet my husband and I, was not pushy, took his time, and then Teegan had us test drove and on our way in 2 hours flat! It was the smoothest purchasing experience I have ever experienced!

Richard was so helpful throughout the whole experience. I knew which model I wanted (Hyundai Kona) and he helped me determine the trim level that suited my needs. The whole process was quick and painless.From making sure I could get in for a test drive right away (even so near closing time) to answering all my questions about price, rates and more... he was very responsive and friendly.Other dealerships I visited made me sit through something like 2 hours of conversations before I could even get to drive the models I was considering -- no matter how many times I said "I just need to drive the vehicle to know which one I want!"With Zimbrick, I was able to get in a car right away, which made my decision making process much simpler. I felt like my time was valued and no one was trying to talk me into a vehicle I didn't actually want.I've already recommended Zimbrick East to a few people.

Never had an issue with Hyundai East side. They’ve always been great to me and very honest, as that’s something I’m worried about being a woman (and it is what happened to me on Zimbrick Hyundai West side). More recently my boyfriend got scammed by a repair shop, charging him >$2,000 and it still did not work. We brought it to Zimbrick Hyundai East and I believe we worked with Ryan this time, and one other person. The other person gave suggestions how to deal with the other mechanic, and Ryan helped get our vehicle is top shape while also helping find ways to make it less expensive. It only ended up being about a grand to fix the vehicle, instead of the two grand we spent at the last place!
