In the past 2 weeks I’ve gone to two different Zimbrick. Zimbrick European for some work on my vehicle. They were so kind and wonderful! Took our son to the Zimbrick in Middleton, had an amazing experience. Even though our son’s sale didn’t go as planned, they still went above and beyond. We will never go anywhere else again!

Just another shifty used car dealer like any other. Bought a used Toyota Yaris that had a loud muffler. No problem, they would fix it before we took it off the lot. I saw one little patch underneath and though that was all that needed doing. The redneck engineering I discovered one year later after the muffler weld failed, and it fell completely off...
The section of pipe where the muffler is bolted on to the rest of the system (not easy to see without the car off the ground) was cut away and replaced with a welded patch of pipe. This means that I can no longer simply replace the muffler myself as I have done on countless cars (on, Wisconsin). Instead, the entire exhaust system needs replacing.
Terrible lack of honesty and professionalism across the board. The only reason this isn't one star is because the rest of the car wasn't butchered by this awful dealer/garage. Now to find somewhere else to properly service this vehicle...

If I could I would give this place 10 stars. Sami our sales person Darren the sales manager, and Melissa the finance manager. All 3 did a excellent job and really worked with us to buy our Mercedes. I never felt like I was being pushed or steered into something that was not in my best interest. I shopped around extensively with dealerships in the Chicago suburbs and felt like those dealers were very pushy and were not interested in making a deal with us at all unless it only benefited them. There were mandatory add on's with other dealerships for paint and interior protection costing upwards of 2k that are automatically included in the price which cannot be removed. I felt like that is a shady practice and not always in the best interest of the customer. I have bought cars at many different dealerships over my life, Zimbrick Auto was my best experience. I was pleasantly surprised. Go and see Sami and ask her about Mercedes!

Erin Volden has helped me find my last two vehicles and I could not have been more pleased with the selection and service she offered!
I do a lot of driving for work and spend a lot of time in my vehicle which acts as my office/second home, and I am so thankful for her because I enjoy driving in it everyday!

Worked with Jeff in April of 2024. Bought a used car from him Honda 2011 CRV-already over priced. I should have known. He was pushing so bad to get the car sold. Two weeks later air conditioner doesn't work. Well I'm finally going in to get the air conditioner fixed because I didn't have the money at the time $1400 add it on to a car that was already over priced. Never again. Supposedly Jeff is retired now, but I wouldn't trust anybody on this lot. I should've known also when they were trying to sell me a warranty. There's no way they didn't see this upon inspecting the car before they sold it to me. There's no way no way.! I bought several cars from Zimbrick . This would be the fourth one. NEVER AGAIN. What a bunch of cheaters. And Jeff what a pro jerk sells me a piece of junk.

I just finished the purchase of a 2 year old Honda CR-V. I was very delibetate about my search, and was probably at Zimbrick 7 times checking out cars. I worked with Rick Pawlak who was patient and knowledgeable - I would be happy to work with him again the next time that I need to buy.

Not professional at all, i havent even been to zimbrick and there already letting me down. There is no communication between them because they already sold the vehicle but then still have it up on there page. Why schedule to see a car when its already been sold. They only give you time of day when your buying a new ride not used.

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to find out about a used car on their lot for days. Three emails and two calls. Both calls they told me they would get back to me. They didn't.

Bad service, impossible to get on the phone, waited months for a repair with no update or acknowledgement from them.

Bought a certified used vehicle. The salesman made it sound like they fixed everything that they possibly could on it, presented me with a list of all these repairs that they supposedly did on the car, and now here I am four or five months later, and I have thousands of dollars worth of repairs that need to be done on the car. Seems like they didn’t hardly fix anything. For the money I paid for it I’m starting to feel a little bit like I got ripped off since it seems like they sold me a junker with a pile of things that need fixing, and not for cheap either.

Three sales via Zimbrick West. First two sales, that gentleman is now retired. Erin V. sold me my third vehicle. I found both sales people to be friendly, genuine, informative, and responsive. I go to lots of lots and walk off. I never had to play hard ball here. I felt in control or at least on the same team as the salesperson. Referred my friend here and she also bought a car.I like that it seems a service consultant is assigned to you. Not sure how they do that but I like the consistency. Almost always had Joe Z. who has the service skills as well. The waiting areas (yes, multiple) are nicer than some people's homes.Bought a different brand, larger vehicle after upgrading three of the same via Buick. Motor vehicle collision after someone ran a red light and smashed me and the vehicle up, so just couldn't get back into the same thing. But barring that I'd still be using Zimbrick West. Sixteen check ins here should speak for itself. Meet up with Erin and let her show you some cars.

Every time I need a fix for my GMC, they are able to get me in quickly, shuttle me back and forth from my house, provide thorough explanations of the issue, and fix within the day. This is the only service shop I'll take my car!
