Tom was great! When I asked to not have my car washed he immediately went out into the shop and told this to the technician working on my car. I always receive great service when I come in and the waiting area is always clean and well stocked with snacks. Thank you for being there for all my service needs!

Bought a used Nissan and the process was smooth and low pressure. When we ran into some unexpected car issues 3 days after buying, Dave apologized, overnighted the parts and fixed everything with no charge to us. A great experience overall, and Brook was an awesome agent.

My experience with Zimbrick Nissan has always been good m. They are quick in evaluating the problem with my car and they offered several solutions. They provided a loaner car for me for two days while my car was in the shop. I am very satisfied with their service!!

They grabbed themselves a $50.00 tip by labeling “looking at my back up camera” as a diagnostic charge. Prior to taking my car back Zimbrick said they have seen camera failures due to faulty cameras on other cars. I disagree with charges against me on a bill when they claimed that they already know what is wrong. Basically Zimbrick shysters write themselves diagnostic tips unless you are not careful. In my case Zimbrick wins today, but looses so much money because I won’t ever buy a car or have any further services from Zimbrick, and neither will my friends and family. Look elsewhere for some dealer or auto service business you can trust. They were also wanting $500 more to replace a camera when it’s likely a software issue as suggested for no charge by their service competitors. Thumbs down ? for Zimbrick dealerships and service centers. We can see Zimbrick got big and is get bigger by nickel and dimming the customer. Do not trust Zimbrick. We have other Nissan dealers in Madison like Rossen Nissan or other Nissan dealers in Milwaukee. Terrible experience at Zimbrick!!

Ryan Wilmot made the whole process of buying a car so quick and easy! We never felt pressured or rushed into any vehicle and he took his time to show us many different cars. He even went out of his way to entertain my kids!! 100/100

My new to me car had to get a new transmission. Andy, Dave, and Jake were extremely helpful as a team getting it all figured out for me. I have a breathalyzer in my car and it made things much much harder. And we figured out with their help that the warranty cover the transmission. I will definitely go back to service my vehicle there. Thanks again guys!

Absolutely fantastic Service Staff at this location. The Nissan dealerships in the Madison area are really skilled at what they do the Zimbrick team was quick, accommodating, and detailed in their diagnosis of my Murano. Highly recommend their service department, it is one of the best in the state!

I called about transmission concerns. Spoke to a human that works in the service department about my concerns. Told them the car was over ten years old and has 112k miles. Made an appointment. Had the car towed there. After speaking again to the service department once they received the car, It was pretty clear that this Nissan does not repair transmissions, never would have and they knew this prior to me having the vehicle towed. They didn’t even check the transmission fluid level before calling me to say the transmission needs replacement. I had to pay an additional $80 for them to check and tell me the transmission fluid level was fine. Would have saved me time, towing and $200 to say up front: “We don’t repair transmissions.” I very clearly told them in advance that this was not my car, that the owner, my family member, is acutely dying in hospice and still they went through the charade of having me bring the car in. Based on this experience, I am glad that we and my 4 children do not own a Nissan.

I was very impressed with my sales person, Ryan Wilmot, and financial manager, Casey Starin. They were both always ready and prepared to answer all of my questions and concerns. Ryan was very helpful in locating my beautiful new Rogue.... and patient enough to take the time to explain the many features before I drove off. Thank you for helping me to find the vehicle I always wanted!! I love my new car ;-)

It took over an hour for my vehicle to be analyzed, just to tell me it needed oil. Then it took another hour for the oil to be put in, while the waiting room was changed over with new clients 3 times. I also feel the cost was extreme. Over $230 for what ended up being an oil change is outrageous.

The service representative was very friendly until I informed him once I find out what’s wrong with my vehicle I may not do the work there. Then his tone and demeanor changed to a more distant and negative tone. This is unnecessary as I still get everything else done there and it’s none of his business as to why I may not be able to get the work done at your facility.I give it 3 stars because in the past everyone has always been wonderful. Also the service department does do a good job.
