Constantly not getting mail that shows on informed delivery. Time dated materials. Have talked to post master, no resolution because it continues to happen. Costs continue to rise but service goes down.

Good luck trying to get through. Stupid automation doesn't understand anything and hangs up e very time

Had an issue with a carrier but she's no longer there and everything is better. Counter people are very helpful!!!
