Walk in no “Hello”, at check out she rings up my items up, I was paying with Apple Pay and she points to their $5 minimum sign(for use of cards) I add popcorn. I pay she doesn’t say anything to me, no THANK YOU, come again or anything! This lady was so RUDE.Hey check out lady AT DIETZ’S in case you forgot you are in customer service!! Your job is literally to greet customers and make them feel welcome, thank them for choosing to stop in.

Stopped at Dietz's Service Phillips 66 for some snowmobile gas. The pumps are easy to get to and had no issues.

On my way out of Winchester this morning I noticed one of my boat tires was awfully low. I stopped in to the store to ask for some assistance filling my tires (I’m a 36 year old guy but have terrible sciatica due to several herniated discs over the years). I figured I’d be ridiculed for asking for help, but was treated with the upmost respect! The young woman working the register was more than willing to come out and help me, but due to how busy it was she called over to another gentleman to help me out. As soon as I knew it, my trailer tires were sufficiently inflated and I made it home safely. I can’t thank you folks enough - it would’ve killed me to get on my knees to fix an air hose to my tires. Thank you for the respect & kindness you showed me!
