First time visiting and was looking for some special 10' long cedar posts, basically a stripped tree trunk. Duane cheerfully searched them out and special ordered for me. They even dropped them off at our cabin when they arrived at no additional charge. Excellent small town service. I will be back!

During my remodeling we used the Arbor Vitae location mostly, but we did have to go to the Manitowish Waters location a couple times. We always received friendly service and good lumber advice.

As a Steering Committee member for the Manitowish Waters Community Garden, we've worked with Pukall's throughout the entire 2 year construction process (2019-2020) and everyone there is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Using their products, we've built nearly 70 raised garden beds, a garden shed and entrance gate - both with metal roofs, and an 8' tall fence around the entire perimeter. Everything was built through more than 20,000 Volunteer hours (and Pukall's guidance, as needed)!

We had a complex picture window replaced on our cabin in Watersmeet, MI. Bruce van Epps and his team did a wonderful job which looks great. Bruce was particularly helpful and attentive. Would recommend their window services without hesitation.
