Very rude when answering phone and always seems to be in a hurry ready to cut you off. Also, every appointment I have had here you wait sometimes hours even for a simple thing like a tire change. I understand he is busy, but when someone pulls up needing a windshield wiper replaced or question on a problem they have with their car spur of the moment, then tell them you currently have other customers whose cars need to be fixed and make an appointment like the rest of us. This is why he falls behind on customers whose cars are being serviced and gets in a mad dash to try and get them done. Definitely will be going elsewhere for car repairs where you can get in your scheduled time instead of being taken an hour or two later like here

When they do work on my vehicle something else goes wrong with my car and then I have to come back to have my car looked at and charged again to have something fixed that they caused

I called ACE about my 2015 Chrysler 200,,leaking Antifreeze and when I say ACE was on it, Thank you guys so much! I was in tears, and they turn them into a smile. Thank you ACE Auto Service! You have a friend and client for life!

I was out town just had our Tahoe fixed by my regular mechanic pull off the highway looking to find someone to help me .Stopped at a gas station a stranger told me about Ace Auto Service the owner work me & got me back on the road. Kind compassionate man. Thank you Andy.

I do not recommend this place for anyone he’s a horrible person. Lazy bad communication and I try to take my car there to resolve an issue but it came back worst. All in all, worst person I’ve ever met and worst mechanic I’ve encountered with in my whole life.

I went into Andy's shop to get an oil change, he is a very sweet, kind guy, he did the oil change almost as soon as I got there.It was quick ,done right and, reasonable,I plan on going there any time I need anything done to my car.I am older female, and have had people take advantage of me because of that. He did not. Not only did he do the oil change ,my driver's side window's rubber was falling as I put my window down as I was getting ready to leave ,so I asked him what I should do ,he said ,no problem ,let me fix that for you and he did,at no charge, and made sure it was working correctly before I left.Also as I have been driving daily,since my oil change, my MPG has improved from about 26mpg to 36, not sure how ,but I sure will take it.See you next oil change ,kind ,sweet Andy.

The alternator on my Chevy Colorado burned up on November 2nd. I was able to limp off the expressway and get to a parking lot. A quick Google search gave me Ace Auto. The high rating and good reviews made my decision to call. I'm glad I did. I was expecting to leave the car at least overnight but it was done right in just over 3 hours. And at a very fair price.It is always a pleasure to find people who deliver this level of service. I wish I lived closer so I wouldn't have to do my own basic maintenance. Andy gave me the number for Zimmer's Towing and I was at Ace in 20 minutes. 3 hours later my truck was fixed right and at an incredibly fair price. I live in Pewaukee and was expecting to leave the car at least overnight. It is always a pleasure to find people who deliver this level of service. I wish I lived closer so I wouldn't have to do my own basic maintenance. Thanks Andy!
