“Mitch was so awesome to work with! Super communicative/responsive about drop off times, parts ETA, etc. and the final results were amazing! We had to get our front bumper replaced and the color matching he was able to accomplish on the really unique color of our car was so impressive! We couldn’t even tell the difference between old and new. The quote/final cost was on par with the quotes we got from other shops. He also got it done in a single day after parts arrived, we had our car back in just a few hours. He also noticed our oil needed changed and offered to do that while it was on the rack, I really appreciated that initiative to ask if we wanted to get that done when he noticed. He’s a super straightforward and upfront guy that you can tell isn’t bullshitting you, I felt immediately confident in his ability to execute and his honesty/trustworthiness. We are a 1 vehicle family with kids so having it out of commission due to an accident (we were parked and no one was in the van thankfully) was definitely an inconvenience but they were so great with updates, communication and professionalism that it made the entire process much nicer. I believe Taylor was the one who worked on the van, did the estimate and provided updates and was great, and the woman at the front desk was equally amazing. “We went in to price a sway bar link for our decommissioned Crown Victoria police interceptor and Tom seemed to know a bit about them and cars in general. They didn't have the cheaper priced ones as you have to buy two, but he sold the cheaper to us and said he would call the other Advance Auto down the road where they were located so we could just pop in there with our receipt and and pick them up. He also told us about a salvage yard in Cleveland where we could get a spare tire as well as possible other parts for our car. He's outstanding in customer service!”

“I wanted to try to repay in some way the kindess and excellent service I was given today at Safranski. I was on a family camping trip when my tire decided to die on me, full failure on the joint between sidewall and tread. The tire simply would not hold air for more than 10 minutes at a time. After calling many shops big and small, somehow, a single late afternoon call to Safranski (near their closing time) is all it took for them to order a very rare tire size, make sure that it arrived the next day in the morning to their shop, and impossibly, made space for me in their very busy schedule to replace my tire the very next day. Whithout them, all other nearby shops told me it would be at least two days before they could even receive the tire, much less install it.
The staff were extremely cordial, understanding of my predicaments, and they helped me get the tire we needed under really dire family circumstances. Without them, I would still be stranded 100 miles away from home with a completely flat and dead tire that nobody else seems to stock.
Finally, I wanted to thank them for their generosity and empathy while under a really stressful situation. They went the extra mile and way beyond to help me while traveling with my kids and dog, despite their fully boked schedule. They even gave my kids some fidget toys and coloring books while we waited (which was a really short wait!).
I simply cannot say enough how impressed and grateful I am for this auto shop. Please don't hesitate a second to have them work on your car. Their shop is clean, well equipped, and they will help you get back on the road.
My kids and I thank you so much for all you did for us today. We're back home safely because of you.”
