Bad customer service. I’m not even talking about their products and just the people who work here. Trying to resolve a service issue and contacted corporate. They forwarded to local store and no follow-up. The management of this store is horrible and the staff are rude in the store. They don’t follow what they say and I don’t believe corporate holds them accountable so I recommend going anywhere else.

Just bad customer service. I was waiting in line for an extended period while I watched 4 employees joke around at the deak and only one guy working. The attitude I got was not appropriate either. I would recommend any other parts store before going here. Wish this was the first time I saw this happen here.

Point system is great. the staff are super friendly and always willing to help the best they can. I go to auto zone for all my vehicle needs.

Just slow poor service. I needed a part and employees couldn't figure it out so I walk down the aisle and trial and error three different parts by myself and figured out what I needed waste of a half hour. Must have been everyone's bad day ?

I had an issue with my check engine light, the sales representative was kind enough to hook my car up to their scanner to detect the problem, he explained the results in detail and in an understandable way. I was provided with a print out with the results and have now scheduled my car for a repair. I am grateful for their service.

I went to Auto Zone to get a blue for my turn signal. Alex C looked up the info and boom I had the bulb. He was even kind enough to change the bulbs! He was so nice and professional. He made my day!
