terrible company. ravenol also lies about recommendations and so forth. this company nor ravenol is trustworthy. blaupunks send me some stupid email stating i violated something. not sure how but whatever. i will never use these clowns again. watch out for ravenol too and their disinformation. trying to contact these clowns? not doable. absolute nightmare. took 2 weeks or more to get in contact. no way to talk to a person. customer service is not their goal, just selling on-line hoping for no issues. these guys are just awful and caused a real issue and time suck trying to get a hold of them. seems really dumb to have no way to contact them quickly, absolutely lame! i will never use this company or buy another ravenol product ever again! so many better companies and oils to use why bother. plus it's overpriced and overhyped.

You have to send an email to ask a technical question when your in the middle of installing one of thair trans. kits that does not come with the correct parts! WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!

I ordered the wrong Kit at first, but their customer service where very nice and fast in help me. They cancel my original order so I was able to order the right kit.This was my third time ordering transmission fluid change kits from them.They have great quality parts for Euro cars.

Blauparts is about as good as it gets with respect to online vendors. Quick feedback for product questions and their Ravenol FL-22 coolant is about the only one you'll find in the 'concentrate' formula, which you'll need for doing many Mazda coolant changes. The Ravenol comes in a nice 5 liter container too which leaves just enough left over for the reservoir. Excellent shipping packaging as well.

I have had only positive experiences with Blauparts. Their customer service is second to none. I rely on them for obtaining the world's best synthetic motor oil, Ravenol. The one isolated issue that recently necessitated communication with Blauparts resulted in them resolving the situation in a way that caused me to appreciate the business more than I already did. Very very fast shipping, they have transmission oil that is hard to find and very expensive if you go to the dealer such as bmw or Land Rover that share the same ZF transmission
