I had an issue with my SIM card not working. The store in Green Bay was not helpful, however, when I got back to Manitowoc the Sales Representative, Colin, was SUPERB!!! He found out what the issue was and it was fixed!
Thank you Colin for everything! You were patient and very understanding of my hearing issues. I am a retail store manager with 20 years of experience, I know great customer care and Colin is TOP NOTCH! WELL DONE SIR!!!

Called to try to buy a flip phone. They hung up on me, saying they didn't carry it and apparently would not order one. I called Boost main #, let them know, ordered one from the main office, received in 3 days, no shipping fee. Called them for activation, they said take it your local store, so I did. Was told they could not install an existing SIM from my other phone although assured buy Boost main office they could. I was told I had to buy a new one at a substantial cost for me. Boost main office is sending me a SIM card no charge. Is Boost Mobile awful. YES! IN MANITOWOC! STAY AWAY!

Went in around Christmas 2023. We don’t live in Manitowoc anymore, but I tried calling my current local Boost Mobile locations and no one answered. Knowing we’d be in Manitowoc for Christmas, I called and they answered right away. Brett, the manager, even held two phones for us to upgrade. Brett and Collin were both kind and easy to work with.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Brett & Ashley really looked out for me with great discounts and upgraded perks. Super respectful and made sure I left satisfied. Quick and had no errors. All respect to them. They didn’t have the phone I wanted l, so they went to the other store and had my desired phone the same day. Loved it
