Wonderful experience and great job on my van. We are a 1 vehicle family with kids so having it out of commission due to an accident (we were parked and no one was in the van thankfully) was definitely an inconvenience but they were so great with updates, communication and professionalism that it made the entire process much nicer. I believe Taylor was the one who worked on the van, did the estimate and provided updates and was great, and the woman at the front desk was equally amazing. I would be proud to have them both as the first experience people have with my company.

I was able to schedule an appointment within a week of calling. Once my car was in the shop it was completed quickly. The repaired areas look like new and my car was clean when I got it back.

I would give caliber a - 5 if I could. Took our Toyota into the Manitowoc location to have both doors replaced from an accident. Had it almost two months and the doors didn't shut properly, & both seals leaked , road & wind noise is so bad.
Took it back to Manitowoc location still could not fix it, so they suggested we take it to the Sheboygan location so we did NO better just a waste of our time & fuel.
I have complained to our insurance carrier who recommended Caliper and I highly suggested to remove them from their preferred shops.
Would never recommend Caliper collision to anyone.

Caliber does great body work but they don't do there own mechanic work they contract out and who they use aren't very good cause they damaged my car a total of 2500 they payed for an fixed it but yet they won't do anymore work for insurance unless I pay cash. That's not a good shop I have to take my car else where to finish the work

These people have no integrity. They lie to me to get my business and when they get the car apart they say they won't fix it. I took my car to another shop that knows what it is doing. When you say you're going to do something, you do it!
