Never get service anywhere unless I'm connected to wi fi. Also I asked them for a 3 day extension on my bill due to a paycheck error with my employer and they told me no that my service would be shut off and I'd have to pay a fee to have it re hooked up. I'd rather use a Walmart phone then ever go back to Cellcom with my business!!

This internet is terrible! It reminds me of the old days of dial up. Our service is cut off 20-30 times a day. It takes a couple minutes to reboot every time. And we just got new hardware. Just garbage. Can't wait for TDS.

Went into Cellcom because I suddenly couldn't send or receive videos via Text. Staff loaded the newest icon supported by Google, and instantly fixed.

On par reception/customer service, more expensive that most. Very little wiggle room in billing. If you’re unable to pay your bill they tag$35 onto your bill acting like it actually costs them money to reactivate phones with clicks of a mouse. Adding more to bills that people couldn’t afford at the time is asking them to not be able to pay their bill the next month. This turns into a cycle. They are going to loose me as a customer(been one for over 9 years). I can not afford their profit margins and baseless usury . Again they have great reception :) oh and I have asked about exploring ways to lower the bill, new provider sounds best.

Horrible in Manitowoc. I asked for help as I had new phone ,she told me she is not trained to do that. I told her others have helped me and the issue was resolved. I asked for someone else to help me and she told me I was rude. Really she was the rudest. She has no knowledge of phones. As she asked me to log out of of Facebook, I told her not sure if I remember how, she told she doesn't know either. She needs to be removed.

This company used to be great! Service used to be great. Customer service used to be great! Now the service at the Manitowoc location is terrible! Very rude! I will say there is a manager there who we have dealt with who was great. The person I spoke to today however was very rude! “I don’t know what you want me to say” is what she actually had said to me. I would LOVE to be contacted by this store directly from a manager!Update! I spoke to Olivia (one of the managers) today! She was amazing and helpful! I was misinformed by multiple associates prior.

I want to begin with a true statementWhenever I spoke to anyone at this company and asked for help,every individual was professional, kind, and patient even though results did not happen.As far as results, it wasn't the individuals. It's the company that doesn't care enough for their clients, and do not want to give out any more than they absolutely have to.

One stars is too many. Possibly the worst cell phone provider on the planet. Over the last few years have forgot what customer service is. They would rather lie to customers instead of actually telling them there is a problem and they are working on it. They charge just as much as some of the big carriers and can't compete with service. Since switching my dropped calls went from multiple a day to a maybe one a week. When you finally get sick of it and cancel you get the run around and billed for everything even though you turned the majority of the equipment in. They will tell you that you are due a credit and that it could take up to 30 days. Ok you can see I am due a credit for well over half of what you keep trying to ram into my bank account but you keep trying to take it instead of waiting for credits to clear and sending a final bill like any normal company would. Also sorry for the people that work there that are forced to lie to the customers on a daily basis.
