Colonial Pet Shoppe is a long-running local pet store with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store offers a clean environment with lots to look at, including a wide variety of live animals. These range from tropical and saltwater fish to lizards, spiders, and other creatures. They are known for having more live animals and better prices on live feeders than bigger chain stores. The shop also sells pet food, supplies, and large bird toys that are hard to find elsewhere. Customers appreciate supporting this small, amazing business with its kind and loving people.
I always enjoy going into this store. Friendly staff, clean environment, lots to look at. The store has been around for a long time and I hope it continues to thrive in competing with the big pet store name in town! They do have more live animals than the big store!

Definitely better than the chain and big box stores. Best prices on live feeders...that are all still alive!Colonial keeps my dragons happy!

Lots of fish to choose from, mostly tropical, some salt water. Other animals available as well(lizards, spiders, etc) The variety changes . The last time we only were shopping for fish so I don’t recall all the other animals. They also sell pet food and other supplies. We like supporting a small local business.
