By far worst internet and cable in the entire USA. Outages three days straight, cannot speak with agent. Takes 2-3 hours to be seen by rep in store. And they want us to use them for cell service!? I pray to god everyday that TDS can save us from this horrible company soon.

This is honestly the WORST internet company ever. I'm officially FED up with the CONSTANT outages and lack of customer service. Any company is better than this crappy business. Don't waste your time with them, look for a different company

Xfinity is good supper WiFi but I’m 5 months into it and my bill increased by $3. I tried figuring out why it increased by $3 and asked if my bill will increase anymore. They told me my bill will increase by $48 after having them for one year. That’s over a 50% increase. I’ll keep them till then but I’ll definitely be looking for a different provider.

Try to using the online automated chat version and could not figure out solution . Brought me to prompt multiple times and no resolution. When using the chat feature with a person online it lost connection half way thought. I then got a text massage about my service. I rated this a 1, as I was on hold on the phone with the company as they texted me. Currently have been on hold for over an hour.

Tricked me into buying a tablet saying it would be no extra cost on my monthly bill. Not this exact store but xfinity as a company is scheming. Don't believe anything they say

Concast, terrible, expensive, went to the office, brought back some equipment, and worked out a plan. She was supposed to wait till they came up with the new cost of the new plan. 2 days later, she's shut off??? Unbelievable!

Corporate Comcast deserves one star. My wife pays by check. The check sits on someone's desk until the bill is overdue. Then they threaten your credit rating. Add to the fact that their rates seem to go up monthly. Their saving grace is their people at their office. They will gladly correct the corporate sins. They will waive late fees, find where you check has been sitting, and reimburse you when you have to cancel the check they never cash. They seem to be hell bent on forcing you to pay online. But you have to go see a person to correct the billing mistakes. If you don't you will continue to be abused. Shouldn't have to keep going to the office to keep your account straight.
