Went into store to get service,james was the person we spoke with. He was very friendly,knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. He also deserves 5 ? ? ? ? ?. Would definitely recommend xfinity/ comcast.

Staff are great and really nice. Workers come in get the job done. But the service sucks. Can’t work from home or school because the connections just goes in and out all day

I called for new service. they do not service my area but the customer service rep was so kind and helpful. I wish all customer service could be this good.

Teribad . Bad connection. Bill went from 65 a month unlimited...130 when I went to exchange a defective modem ....just bad but what choice do we have ...class action please

I never have any issues with Xfinity Internet, and Mobil. Today went to the store, to help fix a issue. I spoke to Deliah. She was so nice, understanding, and helped us. She deserves a rating just for her. Very knowledgeable, and kind. She also helped us with another issue with our bank. 5 star from us.

I'm no longer a customer due to the fact that I moved but when I was able to m get service this was the best service I could have asked for. Their support was helpful on every level, they were affordable and very easy to work with if unexpected bills came up. I feel it's rare for a company to care about your needs. Thank you

Can’t get ahold of them to cancel a deceased loved one’s phone plan. I don’t live close by so it’s difficult to just stop in. I cannot believe the hoops I’ve had to jump through in this process and xfinity has been a major one. Suggestions xfinity?!? Do better.

Do not get sucked into Comcast, unless you want poor unreliable service. Your bill will increase every two months. My wife went down to adjust our service. They gave us a new internet box and immediately disabled our old box. Now we have no phone, TV or internet. Cannot get any help from Comcast.They are customer unfriendly and loathe to help, they seem to be vindictive. Worst internet provider out there.Look elsewhere for internet service. You've been warned!

I’d rate it lower if I could. It’s not the staff, the staff are great. They are helpful and patient. No complaints about the staff will come from me.It’s the business itself. Who ever heard of a business not having a phone number for the local store? I needed to return equipment because I was given duplicates. I wanted to call first. No luck, there is no number. I drove to the store, they were closed because they take lunch when they can. If I had a number to call I could’ve checked instead of wasting my time and gas. I tried again and again they were closed. Apparently they had a staff meeting at 3 pm which I couldn’t possibly have known because there’s no way to check status updates. This has now happened 3x. Who’s going to reimburse me for the gas I use to drive into town or how about my time running the errand that doesn’t happen because the store is closed for whatever reason? What a waste. If I had another company to switch to I’d do it in a heartbeat.
