Best Mechanics around! Took our vehicle in that needed a lot of work. Our vehicle is running like new with no issues now. They are fast, friendly and very affordable. They also will make sure you know everything that is going on with the vehicle. They go through everything to make sure it's perfect. They also will not try and upcharge on work that doesn't need to be done. They now have a customer for life and won't trust any other mechanic to work on my vehicles.
Would give more stars if I was able too

First and foremost, I wanna apologize for calling more than I should have! They did the work that was affordable to me! Without going overboard on unneeded parts. Update! Now damnit I can't say good enough things about these people. They got my car in and fixed it all in a morning. These people are great at what they do.

Took my car to Excel for rear wheel bearing, muffler replacement, and rear brakes. After diagnosing my car it was discovered that I need all new wheel bearings and not a muffler but a new flex pipe. There was no pressure to do the other wheel bearings, just recommend to avoid future potential costly repairs. Once the work began on my vehicle Raul informed me that one of the wheel hubs should also be replaced. After having all work completed I was driving home and a drive shift snapped about 15 minutes into my drive down I43 in the snow. ( COMPLETELY UNRELATED TO ANY WORK DONE AT EXCEL )This happened literally as Caira was calling me to see if I was satisfied with the work done. Not only did Caira get a tow truck to me ASAP. Raul and herself came to see if it could be something he could fix on the side of the road to get me going without knowing for sure what the issue was. (Try finding that kind of service and care somewhere else) The next morning Raul and Caira showed up to the shop early to get working on my car seeing as I live 45 miles away. Raul got my car fixed that morning and was thoughtful and diligent throughout the whole process. I have a 45 minute commute to and from work so my vehicle being reliable and safe is obviously very important. Caira and Raul made sure this was going to be the case. Not only did Raul do great work, both he and Caira care about their customers and the quality of work that is done. To top it all off the prices are more than fair. I would definitely ? recommend Excel Auto to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles.

I purchased a vehicle from them back in march but have been using them for quite some time caira was very professional and wonderful to work with the guys in shop are amazing as well they helped me get the car I wanted and help me maintain it at a very reasonable cost and always get me in at a timely manner I would highly recomend them for all your car service needs very dependable company and easy to get ahold of

I called Friday at 4:30pm and she got me in the next day Sat at 10:30am which I wasn't able to get there til 11:30 and she was very understanding about it. Got both front wheel bearings done (not available as an assembly, had to be pressed in so takes alot more time) within a few hours and for a reasonable price. They also run specials which is rare except for your Midas type franchise oil change/brake or muffler shops. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure your satisfied and it shows! I strongly recommend them! A+ Rating

I just moved to the area 6 months ago. I have always had my family do repairs on my cars. The transmission went out on my van and I had no choice but to bring it to a shop. After calling multiple shops, all roughly the same price, I spoke to Caira. She was able to give me a quote for both new and used transmission, plus give me her input as to what she would do given my van being older. Also in the process of working on my van, they informed me my brake pads needed to be replaced, didn't hassle me to have them do it. When the day came my van was done, I had a sick child at home, I only live a few blocks from the shop and since I had paid up front, she said they could drop it off.
I called multiple other shops. But Excel Excelled with the customer service and that means so much to me. I had called another shop here in town and never received a call back with the quote, the person who answered had an attitude. I called the other shop right before Excel and Caira quoted me on the phone and was happy to do so.
Will definitely be taking my car back in the future!!!!!!Service: Transmission

Awesome place for repairs! I called and Caira answered my questions, was very friendly and got me a rough quote within minutes. I called two other auto places, one said they would call back with an estimate and never did and the other didn't answer the phone. I got my car back from Excel the same day I took it in and the prices are very reasonable! Will definitely recommend and go back if I have future car repairs.

I bought my first vehicle from Excel Auto and I couldn't be happier. The process was quick,easy, and everything went smoothly. Caira went above and beyond my expectations. Everytime we spoke she was kind and understanding as well as quick with responding. She knew what she was doing and it showed. Overall had a good experience with Caira and Excel Auto. Would recommend
