Customer service is horrible!!! HORRIBLE!! AWFUL!! TERRIBLE!!
After waiting on hold for over 45 minutes to get someone to answer the phone, the problem was still not resolved. Promised to have someone call me back and had to make 4 more calls and still no resolution. Still to this day, no one at Ferrell Gas has followed up with me.

Called for a refill and everything was done fast and correct so I have no complaints, will stick with Ferrellgas as long as they continue to do a good job, Thanks

Customer service is not good at all when we called was told someone will call us back but do not had to call three times and still never received the service was suppose to . I am very disappointed the customer as of late and I have been a customer for over 20 years , may be time to look at a different company for gas
