Loved in Elkhart Lake and used to drive up here to stay with FOXCU. Always nice always helpful. Now I live in Oshkosh and the new FOXCU here isn't great. I don't go in often but the people always have an attitude problem.I miss Manitowoc branch.

Me and my family had to make a unannounced visit to finance a dirtbike for my son and kaylene made that happen and was very easy to work with and had things done very quickly ..... 5 star experience

Went in to finally open an actual account and not just a student account like I had at my other bank and all I can say is I had an amazing experience. Kaylene Rauen was the name of the representative that helped me, and she did an great job at explaining everything, the process was super fast and offers some great benefits! Highly recommend to anyone looking to switch banks, or anything along those lines!!

I have had an account here for years. I like that they're big enough that there are multiple locations in the area, yet small enough that they typically remember me and are friendly even if don't.

Not sure your lobby isnt open, been waiting in drive thru line for 10min and it hasn't moved? Really isnt acceptable, glad your not my primary credit union. Always friendly service tho

Worked with Kaylene to open an account and loan and she went above and beyond to help me in the process. After juggling 2 different banks I’m happily closing those and calling this my home credit union. Kaylene was kind as well as the staff. I brought my 1 year old with and felt very welcomed by all staff. Much appreciated!! Thank you!

this is my credit union they are the nicenss caring poeple you can ask for tom protzman.ive been with this credit union for a while they treat you like family the ladys and guys are great to me they are family and my credit union its little things that brings me back to my credit union at fox credit union the ladys are very friendy help you with all your banking needs,so if you ever want to khown what fox communities credit union can do for you stop in and talk to a staff member tell them tom protzman sent you thanks tom p.
