We bought an air conditioner from here and what a piece of crap. Brand new and it's noisy as heck and doesn't even cool. They said we should bring it back and they could give us a window unit. Well that is NOT what we wanted and purchased. Rip off

I cannot say enough good things about this store and it's staff in manitowoc. I was very ill and struggling financially and they were so understanding and helped me to make a payment plan that worked for me and allowed me to keep my furniture. It was such a blessing during a time I was struggling. 10/10 reccomend.

Buyers beware… if they bring stuff into your house and damage anything currently in your house they will lie about it along with insurance company saying there is no proof they did it and refuse to pay for damages. They damaged my brand new boughten whirlpool washing machine front load door has big scratch in door now due to them telling 5 witnesses they don’t need to move it to get there dryer out that they could lift it over top and when witnesses seen them turn dryer and was tight up against the washer door and proceeded to lift it anyways that never dried from day one when my brother received it. So they continued to drag out to fix and was seen being put back on floor for resale. The manager is extremely cocky and rude along with her assistant.

My husband and I were going to purchase a washer and drier set for my family of 7. The salesman I was working with was gems! I will assume the manager, was rude to him when he went to write out our contract. They were right where we could hear the whole thing. I hope he finds a more considerate boss or she learns to be respectful and conscience to the people making her money and customers around.

The woman in this place the blonde manager or whatever she is has a real issue with reality if I were you I would not go here she does not know how to treat customers there own sales people tell you not to buy their products when you walk in it is a shame that this place robs people when you pay for extra warrantees on your devices they should be fixed and if this store refuses to give you it back and sells it they should not be able to still charge you for the device if you want my opinion go to Sears or WGN are you get better products with no interests or not as much interest and they have very respectful courteous customer service people If I could rate this company I would rate a 0 Also be careful when buying TV's and cell phones or any elecctronicks they will not fix it and they will blame the customer for the malfunction 85% of the time even if you have a Warranty
