Every freaken time I've try to get an appointment there, there's an hour wait! It never fails morning noon or night it's an hour wait. I've even drove by and there won't be a car in the parking lot still an hour wait. They do a great job at least the one time I've been there, but you can't ever get it!

This place is a terrible place all because I asked for new stylist that has been fired from two other places because she's terrible at cutting hair she literally cut both of my son's ears my other son she messed up his hair but when I asked nicely for a new stylist were asked to leave even though I waited 4 hours for that appointment I really hope this business crashes and burns because you guys just have terrible etiquette you yell in front of people's children and I really hope nobody uses Sondra she's the one with the octopus tattoos if you want your hair terrible go herI have a video of the owner being extremely aggressive to me and my kids all because I asked a question of getting a new stylist isn't it our right as a consumer to choose who we want to cut our hair I mean because Sandra didn't like me because she thought I slept with her boyfriend she literally cut both of my kids ears is that appropriate I reported it to Walmart and it's funny that she got fired from there. But to wait 4 hours for an appointment and then be told to leave when your kids have a concert this weekend is absolutely atrocious. I hope people read this and do not go there it's a waste of time a waste of money and you will not get the service that you want especially if you go to Sondra. I'm okay with you asking me to leave because I went to a better place to get my kids haircut and I will go with them the rest of the time and I'll make sure that all the friends that I know that use you guys don't go there no more my son that's in the military he definitely will not be coming to your establish anymore either and the military friends that he was going to bring there to get his haircut because you have one nice worker there will no longer be attending your establishment either I really hope losing business just because somebody asked for a different stylist is the best marketing plan for you and I'm definitely sending the video to the better Business bureau

Went to check in 15 min after they opened. I work 3rd and dont want to be up all day waiting for a haircut. Was already behind 6 people. OK I guess, I check in and am told to wait for 2 and a half hours. When I show back up my name has been removed due to not being present at the time my name was called. I never even got a text or call that I was up soon. I walk in 2 and a half hours later and am told the best they can do is put me back at the bottom of the list and wait another hour and a half. The cuts were nice but not being able to actually schedule an appointment is the dumbest thing ever. They wont care but I'm never going back after the way today went.

I have been going here for over 3 years, all of the stylists do a great job, Verlene did my last cut and offered a different way to cut the back that looks great and prevents ugly wings on the sides when hair starts to grow out. I have never had a long wait because I use the app- which is an awesome tool! Thanks for all you do Great Clips Team!! Melissa SService: Haircut

As a visitor to this Salon I felt like exactly that, a visitor. I was shoved to the back of the line 2 times because I didn’t check in online. It’s been 68 min and I’m STILL WAITING. People who got here 45 min after me were put ahead of me and this policy of shoving walk-ins to the back is very exclusionary and I will not ever go to a Great Clips again. I will continue to sit here and be told through this policy that my time is not important. The stylists here are very nice and talented, but unfortunately they work with a policy that is terrible and must be changed!! There goes one more ahead of me!!! Great haircut … TERRIBLE CHECK-IN POLICY.. it definitely does nothing to get new business or new customers.Service: Haircut

Heidi the stylist talks way to much when cutting the hair. Didn't concentrate on how much to cut off and didn't cut off as much as I told her. The hair is uneven and not feathered back like I told her to. She's not a good stylistService: Haircut

I just got my air it here today after growing my hair out for over a year so I figured it was time to get it cut after I get home being able to see up lose my hair was not even at all bangs arnt even my hair was cut with scissors after a long guard on the sides and back and hair is chopped up all over different lengths like it doesn’t look good at all if I would of known my hair was gonna look like this I wouldn’t of waisted my money and would of gone somewhere else I’ve never had such a bad haircut in my life as messed up as it is I have to cover it up with a hat nowService: Haircut

Depends who you get. Some times great some times not so greatUpdated: check in time never matches, wait time. Why bother checking in when you end up having to wait anywayUpdated trip 3: wait said 69 mins. Showed up at 60 mins. Still waited another 40 mins at the place..... why. What is the point of checking in online?!?!? Last time I am coming here. Sucks cause staff are super nice. The place just cant figure out how to get a wait list working.
