Love harbor freight selection but the fact that they have 5 employees that will literally stand watching the checkout line backup 15 deep is very frustrating because they will see and acknowledge this happening for many minutes before magically another trained employee shows up when your arms are about to fall off. I've also had negative warranty experiences here and then later on asked the staff about them and they told me it was impossible for that to have happened when it definitely did. I got a 300 dollar floor jack and the wheel exploded within the 2 month period and I went to exchange it. No problems there but when I got the new one they said my warranty only has 4 days left and doesn't reset with the new jack so if this one breaks there's nothing I can do unless I buy their expensive protection plan. They used to lifetime everything. This is literally the best floor jack they make and my old 80 dollar harbor 3 ton is still kicking and this new one apparently has a limited life span

I like harbor freight, they have good prices, friendly employees that go out of their way to help with any questions you have and even remember your name. They always say hello and welcome to harbor freight. Some of their tools are lower quality than Dewalt, but still good. If there is ever an issue with something you purchased there, they will replace or refund it.

Always friendly, organized and prices are reasonable for what they offer.With that said watch your receipts to make sure the "sale" items ring up properly.Last time I noticed that the sale items were charged at full price which made the bill double.Other than that great store with a great staff.

Habe to keep in mind that this isnt a high end brand store but they have decent tools for a homeowner to have to fix things around the house and yard work. Not to sure if it would be something that I would purchase for hard none stop construction work.

Great store I’m a mechanic and I always find everything I need,the store is very organized the manager and the rest of the employees always asking if I need or found everything I came to get.

I don't like to give bad reviews on a good store with good prices. With that said the customer service and employee actions were why I am leaving this review. As soon as I walked in I was screamed at, "this is harbor freight"! Didn't think anything of it. As I'm wandering around the store I keep seeing employees but not one of them said anything to me. Not a hi, nothing! So as I'm getting ready to leave I notice they all start walking to the front. I'm absolutely positive they thought I was going to steal something. Now look I wear skin tight jeans that you could have easily seen something in and my long sleeve shirt was skin tight they didn't say anything to me as I left just stared me down. I have never felt so ashamed and embarrassed to be in any store. I will never return nor will I ever go back. You've lost my business for good.
