Very nice Kwik Trip...however, one constant issue that really erks me. When someone uses the pay at the pump feature you should be able to get a printed receipt without having to go into the store. REFILL THE EMPTY PAPER RECEIPT ROLLS IN THE PUMPS PLEASE. At first it was just a few times. Now it is empty everytime I fill up. It is bad enough that you need to prepay if you are not using a credit card but if im expecting to save time by using my credit card at least give me a receipt. Very annoying. If it continues, I'll be going to BP.....undated....3rd time in 2 weeks....NO RECEIPT printed AGAIN. You just lost a customer Menasha Ave Kwik Trip...I've had enough. Going to BP down street from this day forward. You don't listen to your customers.

The older gentleman working in front giving out samples hands down deserves 10 Stars is a very good individual QuikTrip is awesome love the selection and I love the hotspot like all wisconsinites do, the only reason I gave you guys four stars is because in towns that QuikTrip has majority control and almost a monopoly on gas stations (like manitowoc) you guys cause an inflation in gas prices, everyone else in town bases their prices off yours since you know that manitowoc's gas is always 20 cents more per gallon then it needs to be, towns that are not controlled by QuikTrip you guys are generally the cheapest then, PLEASE STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MANITOWOC PEOPLE

Once you get used to the parking lot and intended flow of traffic, the set-up is very convenient and not all that confusing

Since the remodel the place is very hard to access. With only 6 parking spots. People now park on the street. Contesting Menasha. Then the people who don't understand how to pull into the pumps. Instead go around and face the wrong way. This leaves no room for cars to get threw. So you then have to wait until people are done pumping gas to finally park. If the design would have the pumps 10 or 20 feet to the west would have fixed a lot of this. If I see 5 cars there, I now drive by and go to a different location.

This Kwik trip is so unorganized. What is so hard about someone ordering online and you putting it on the shelf? The other Kwik trips do it. The guy working last night was just slow, smucky, and lacked in customer service. This is by far the worst Kwik trip. The other Kwik trips in Manitowoc and Two Rivers are amazing. After looking at the other reviews, it seems this Kwik trip has always had problems with the employees they hire for this location.

Compared to all the kwik trips that I visit regularly, this is the most unfriendly one. My husband got fountain soda the other day. It had black stuff floating in it. When the worker changed the exterior pieces, the black flakes stopped. It was just that dirty! Another time, I went for a Dt Mt Dew. It was running clear. I told the worker. He said, "yeah they all are." Nope! I personally showed him that he just needed to change the soda canister because it was empty. Just ridiculously lazy staff!
