Fantastic service, wonderful products, and stress free! Truly the best spot for custom apparel.10 out of 10, would recommend!Recently our company used Lakeshore Screen Printing for some company shirts. The company has used them in the past but I has just started at the company, in a new position, and had no clue what I was doing. One of my first projects was getting some new apparel for the company. Again, I had no idea what I was doing, I went through some records and found the old paperwork from Lakeshore. I called and was quickly directed to someone that could help me and we came up with a base of products we were interested in. I mostly communicated with Cheryl through email making this process stress free, Cheryl (and everyone I talked to or involved in the process) was AMAZING, she help me plan things out, pick out product, had great ideas for what I was looking for, get a website set up for ordering, and was super responsive tell we received our product. Everyone was super happy with everything and the work was flawless. I also want to point out the amazing customer service, because it was our first order we did one big order when we were going to have everyone order themselves, this will be how we do it next time but the company was covering some of the charges for everyone this time. So I did the big order, a little opps on my end but they quickly contacted me and we adjusted a few things and we quickly received our product. I messed up, and they made the process so easy and were so kind fixed the issue with one maybe two questions and understanding. I will be using them for any needs in the future and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

This company put logos on five of our company vehicles and Matt did an amazing job. Not only does he do great work but knowing our service trucks are always on the road he went out of his way to come to us and do the work remotely. I also coach Little League and this company has went out of their way to get us our team jerseys two years in a row. Aside from them being fantastic business people they really care about their customers and it’s definitely not just about the money to them. We owed them several thousand dollars and we always pay our bills on time. However, Lakeshore Screen Printing did a big job for us right before Covid 19 shut down our business for several months. We experienced serious financial difficulty and did not have the ability to pay our invoice. The owner and Matt completely understood and worked very patiently with us and waited until we opened back up to begin a payment plan. Not many companies would be that understanding. If your sports team needs logos, company needs vinyl graphics on its vehicles or If you need any type of screen printing this is the place you want to give your business. LSP has always been there for my business for years. All the odd requests of things I have them make for me from shirts, stickers, signs, even graphics for convention displays, etc. they do an amazing job and make me look good. If it's a convention in Japan, Mexico, or all over the US, I couldn't do it without the hard work of these great folks. They are invaluable to me. Thank you guys!

Very disappointed in our order. When we first received our quote, it was suspiciously high for the order so when we declined part of the job and went with a only a few of the items the reply we received was that "it was quoted wrong, we can drop the tax, and we can discount it" so you tried to take advantage of us and we caught you? When we submitted the artwork, we never received a proof or any type of reply. Next thing we know the items are done but the logos were not straight and the placement was very, very off or not sized correctly. When we brought this up it was met with excuses and no apology or any type of solution. We just paid and left. Never using this vendor again for future work.

Told our group it would take 2 weeks to have our sport teams jerseys heat pressed with a number and team logo. Which seems odd considering we had the product already. Went to pick them up when they called and said they were done and only half the job was done. Very disappointed that 2 weeks was wasted when a job wasn't done right and should of only taken 1 weeks or less given they had the product already and didn't need to order the sports jerseys. Makes it hard to give a business another chance when game season has already started.

So far have ordered multiple shirts for bowling teams (polos, dry fit shirts, etc) and all have been great. Never had any issues with the designs, and response time is always superb.
