I have two units with Star Storage and always appreciate the way the property has been kept nice and clean. And the units themselves are easy to access and in great shape. Definitely the best place I've rented from!

Absolutely disgusted at how poorly this storage property is maintained. Weeds growing in the gutters, mold growing on the walls, mouse droppings all over. All of my things in this unit either had mold or mouse droppings on them. To top it all off there was homeless individuals milling around the property. The managers were not helpful as I didn’t have “insurance” covering my unit. This damage is due to their lack of maintenance not an unfortunate event. I will never recommend this storage property.

I gave more than a 30 day notice of move out date. Hopefully I will get my security deposit back. I haven't seen it in my checking account yet and even though they religiously took my rent money out on the first of every month, they couldn't refund my money on time? I was out by the 11th of the month. I had a "climate controlled" unit and everything I had in there I threw out because it was full of mold. So I paid $105 every month for 5 years to store my whole apartment worth of things, that eventually I had to pay someone to empty for me, because I couldn't salvage anything. I informed them that there was no climate control and they did nothing. There's cameras up but they're just for show. I know people have lived in a unit in my "climate controlled" building. I wouldn't rent a "climate controlled" unit from them, and their customer service isn't good, but I don't know how the other units are.

I gave notice of moving out a month and a half early and have record of it on my phone. I even called back later to verify and they said yes I had already given notice. Then when I notice I had not received my deposit back they say I didn't give notice.
The facility is not well keep, soft gravel area thru out with standing water. Seal on bottom of door was cracked so mice and others can get in. Concrete floor is damp inside even with warm weather. Minimum 2 month rental when others facilities only require 1 month with 2 weeks notice oof leaving.
There are many storage facilities an this is the last one I would rent from.

Worse than useless. I used this storage for a year. No protection from water, animals, or insects. All of my things are ruined. Have fun auctioning off the moldy garbage you created.

I found the customer service at this location to be amazing. We had some difficulty with the website, and she walked us through it and even finished the transaction over the phone. It was easy and the client representative was very kind and patient.

We started renting here at 63$ they went up to 80$ now $105 without telling us so that brought us to be upset a bit to find out they didn’t put our address change in and didn’t send us the notice of any rent changing and now we get a text with have a huge bill and late fees and we can’t pay that as we got into a bad accident on the 22 nd of oct. Saying they’re gonna auction our unit as if we don’t have enough stuff going on I would not recommend here as they raise prices and don’t seem to care at all about people and their life problems to try to work with them and fix a problem they have no people or problem solving skill qualities.

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS! THEY LACK EMPATHY FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND THEY HAVE NO PATIENCE! THEY WILL DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU IF YOU BUY A DELIQUENT UNIT AND KNOW THE PRIOR OWNER OF THE UNIT AND WILL REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU! THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME ENOUGH TIME TO REMOVE MY THINGS FROM THE UNIT EVEN IF IT IS HAZARDOUS WEATHER CONDITIONS, AND LITERALLY WANTED ME TO HAVE MY THINGS OUT THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS! I AM VERY DISPLEASED AND WILL BE SURE NOT TO EVER SEND BUSINESS THEIR WAY!!

I moved out I have not got my deposit back its well over a month they said it was sent out I never got it. I told them to resend it I got no response. Looks like I will have to take them to small claims.
